I had a horrible allergic reaction on a car trip from Texas and stopped at Baptist Health. It was the best medical experience I’ve had in a long time. They treated me immediately and had me out in an hour so I could continue my drive. The nurses and physician were extremely kind and professional. I really am so happy we stopped there and got everything taken care of.

I've been seeing my doctor Dr McDonald since 2010 he's also the cheapest staff at Baptist Health and my doctor at the doctor's office I go to he is a great physician I really enjoy having the best doctor I love my doctor I would recommend him to anybody

My husband had a bad experience at this hospital in Arkadelphia, he had a knee replacement in Hot Springs, but when he returned home he had difficulty urinating and went to Baptista hospital in Arkadelphia, he asked for ice to put on his knee, he was in pain , the nurse denied, this is horrible, how does a nurse have a miserable attitude like this?

Great Experience! Came to ER and I was checked in at desk and within 3 minutes a nurse had me in a bed checking my vitals & asking me about my concerns. Doc was in 10 mins later and ordered tests and results were back in a timely turnaround. Staff was very pleasant and reassuring and Doc was kind and Knowledgeable. Was pleasantly surprised they are connected with MYChart.

Very cold! Both front doors coming open while you are waiting for hours to be called in. My spouses appointment was at 0830 and she did not get into surgery till 1105. No coffee offered, could not use the cafeteria only employees could. The place needs fixing up badly! Paint chipping everywhere it's like they don't take pride in their building and that needs to be addressed by the CEO or the medical board who oversees everything. One thing for sure though the staff are excellent!!

I went in yesterday evening with a miscarriage in a lot of pain sick to my stomach, headache I sat there for 15 maybe 20 minutes before dr got to me did some test hardly touched me then told me he's got more important people to see instead of me. The ambulance crew and 1nurse was good to me the people where you sign in was even rude as ever I will not go back just like UAMS don't care about anyone

The staff at this place were so uncaring and quite horrible. No one even told me their name, what they were testing me for or anything. I had crippling stomach pain so bad I collapsed on a sidewalk. I also had this same pain a few weeks before. This is an ongoing issue. They told me I had a stomach bug. It is most definitely not a stomach bug. Then I realized (after talking to better nurses and professionals in my bigger city town) they failed to run a simple test that would’ve given me more answers. I called to ask about that test and got told in an extremely passive aggressive manner: “oh so you’ve been diagnosed and don’t believe it! That’s just great.” I’m sorry, this should never be any care workers response. Totally unprofessional. I have never gone to the emergency room as an adult and have a high pain tolerance. I think I know when something is wrong with me thanks.
