Bath & Body Works - Jonesboro, Arkansas

This is a typical Bath & Body Works location. They have all of the products you would expect to find at other locations from body care like lotions, soaps, and body sprays to home goods like candles, plug-ins, and air fresheners. The location is large and spacious and the staff are friendly and offer help whenever you visit. The store was not too crowded when I visited so it was easy to get in and out of. You can shop in-store or online and pick up in-store for convenience.

The only knock I have is that unless you catch one of their sales or get coupons, the items are expensive when compared to competitors. Other than that, they do have good products.

I got a buy 3 get 1 free on the diamond shimmer mist. I helped our church by making corsages and boutonnieres for 187 young adults. Bath and Body Works used to carry a big bottle, but it's changes. I wanted these beautiful flowers to shine and sparkle, so I knew where I had to go. Once again, they don't disappoint. It took all 4 bottles, but the smiling faces I got to see as I pinned these flowers was priceless. The girls loved their wrist corsages and how beautifully they sparkled. I couldn't have made them without yall. Thank you! ? Love your forever customer. ❤️

I enjoy the products, but the head staff is very unfriendly and treats you as if you are an imposition. I try to order online rather than go in and be treated as if they don't want my business.

This being said, the store is always clean and well organized. My only complaint is staff.

The store was well stocked, organized, and very clean. I was immediately asked if I needed help finding an item and was directly taken to what I wanted. No other sales pitch for other items. Loved my experience.

They have a wonderful buy 3 get three deal anyone would love. The staff as a bit of a miss since they recommended me things that wasn't on the deal. Shame.

I am so over Bath and Body works. Their customer service in store is sub par for sure, a few years ago at Christmas time I actually had an employee grab my arm and drag me to another line because she didn’t like where I was standing. And of course Bath and Body works groveled for my forgiveness. I swore I’d never buy from them again, but they had a sale recently and I caved. I ordered online and my date that my package was supposed to be delivered has come and gone and NO Package. I called about it and was literally told that they are “way to busy and they just can’t get the packages out in time and to give them another few weeks”. I asked for my money back, they said no because it has already processed on their end. If I had know it would take so long to get I would have NEVER ordered. I should have know not to buy from them again.

By far thee worst greeter service ever, she was a bit older than the usual type of girls. Her responses came with a snarky attitude, not very helpful, usually we go to the one in Batesville & the girls there ask us what are we looking for, they give us recommendations. The gentleman at the register was nice & patient with my daughter. I probably won't go back to this one. If you need good service go to the Batesville store.

My very first time to this new location wasn't great. Apparently, they were so packed they made several of us wait outside in the bitter cold because they were "over capacity." There were three of us, and there was one person ahead of us at the entrance. At least twenty people exited before they finally allowed five of us to go inside. It wouldn't have been such a big deal if it were ANY sort of normal-ish temperature outside, but no, it was freezing cold. ?‍♀️
