They are very professional and great at what they do. My lashes last for two weeks when I get them done. I just tried the waterproof today. They are supposed to last six weeks. I am going to do another review to say how well they worked. I am going on vacation and they will be sent through the ringer.

Do not go here. I always used them before but they’re not doing a good job anymore. I went on Wednesday morning. No other patrons there. That should have been a flag. They push and push to make you add more options. I was extremely nice and explained that I was in a hurry. I only wanted my eyebrows waxed. Another lady popped out from the back with a facial on and proceeded to do my waxing. I felt uncomfortable because she talked foreign really fast to the younger one. She still asked me to add things on and I told her I couldn’t pay for those today. Then the younger one took out her phone and took photos of my wedding ring and purse. I asked her why she did it and she covered her face and ran off. When the facial lady was done, very quickly I add, she told me the price. I paid and left fast because I felt like they kept pushing stuff that I didn’t want. When I got in my car, I saw my right eyebrow was super skinny and thin and didn’t match my left eyebrow at all. My left eyebrow was fatter. Anyway. It was a horrible experience. I’ll never go back.

I’ve been coming here for a year now. Zee is the owner and she’s always done an incredible job on my lashes. I always get waterproof hybrid mink lashes and they last literally forever. They don’t come off easily and I usually come in every couple weeks for a refill. Love love love beau lash and spa, highly recommend.

I just want to say that this location is the best! The manager Z did so good on my eyebrows! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I will be returning to this location. Customer service is everything, and they provided me with excellent customer service. Thank you everyone at Beau Lash & Brow for everything that you all have done today, to ensure that I left satisfied. 🙂

Stop in traveling from out of town. Got here show the girl the picture of my eyebrows. She told me she couldn't wax them like the picture. That was the first red flag should have gotten up then. She then told me she had to use the thread which I hate. Only for to mess them up more. I was so upset and all I wanted to do was pay and leave. I will never stop here again! My regular person is on vacation and it's my fault I didn't catch her before time. If you have someone who do your eyebrows correct stay with them. Lesson learned!

The first time I went, I left two of my rings on their sink. One of the ladies brought them out to my car as I was about to drive away. Everyone there is very skilled and charismatic.

I’ve been coming here for some years now since moving to Alabama and I’ve always gotten great treatment but the last few visits have been rushed. The wax left a burn on my face and my eyebrows came out uneven because the service was a bit rushed.
