Lee did an amazing job on my nails! Even though she was running late that day, she still made sure to fulfill all my requests with care. She has such great energy and enthusiasm—absolutely loved the experience!

Today I had an appointment with Nicole. Probably the best pedicure and manicure I’ve had in 25 years! My toenails are very challenging and Nicole made them the prettiest they’ve been in years! She suggested I change the shape of my nails from square to oval. The most elegant and natural manicure I’ve ever had. If your reading this ladies I’ve had an insane amount of manicures and Nicole is a perfectionist as well as a delight. I’m hesitant to post this as I’ll probably no longer will be able to get an appointment with her! The best in Delray!

I would leave less… but my experience may just be relative to loving my nail salon in Harrison, NY.

I wanted to treat myself so I chose a place with good reviews even though it was a tad more expensive than what I usually pay… and I live in a place where everything is expensive.

1. It was not clear that the tools used for me were sanitized or new.

2. The polishes were all haphazard.

3. My polish was so old that the pedicurist had to add acetone to thin it.

4. it was to be my daughter’s first manicure. they had assigned her someone. she took a photo from my phone of the design my daughter had chosen. I went to get my pedi snd 10 min later they send my child back to me saying that her person was seeing someone else/ Then a random woman comes over and says “oh does she just want polish?” and Im confused because we had already discussed what we wanted. The woman takes my daughter and my phone.
minutes later… I request that my phone be returned to me.

5. my pedicure was not relaxing at all. He brushed my feet with a brush that would be too rough for cast iron… then he didnt understand when I said… im gonna go see my daughter… no need to put my temp chanclas on… but he insisted and ruined my big toe.

6. The charged $25 for my daughter’s first mani. the site said… kids mani… $12. I assumed a few bucks more for a special design.

Bottom line. Not that clean. Expensive and not relaxing ergo… what spa?

As I walked in I was greeted by a warm style by my lash stylist Yiju. I booked an appointment with her to get a full set and she does such an amazing job when it comes to my lashes. They stayed in longer than any other set I had gotten in the past. I will never go to another salon again if she is not there. I 100% recommend to book with her !

Sarah does a beautiful job doing my nails. She’s a perfectionist, takes her time and they consistently come out beautiful with every visit. She’s also a pleasure to talk to, comes with many years of experience, listens carefully to what I’m requesting and double checks to make sure I’m happy with color, shape and design. I enjoy my regular appts with her, she’s a talented nail technician.

I love this nail spa!! Ann is a true artist and does beautiful work! I had a major toe injury and she magically reconstructed my nail!! She is so detail-oriented and a true perfectionist!! Everyone at the front desk is wonderful! Tammy also does my nails and is fabulous! Shout out to Eileen and Doris. The owner, Lee, works very hard to lead her team and exceed client expectations.
