Facial was $300 but they made it sound like I was getting it for free, because I purchased their products. I guess it technically was free but the products were SO overpriced, that it really wasn’t a good deal. Also, the facial being priced at $300 is laughable. There were no extractions and it was just very basic…major rip off. They continued to try and sell me products, one priced at $1000 but for me he said $400. I declined, and he said how about $150? Like an idiot. I thought I was getting a good deal, so I bought it. As I left I searched the product on Amazon and it sells for $84, so I definitely got scammed. I can’t go back to return it for a refund. They only allow exchanges, and since everything is priced way above the actual price, there’s no point in exchanging for something else. The whole performance they give is just over the top and made me feel very uncomfortable. Also, I always tip 20% on facials, but I also never would pay $300 for a facial. As I said, this “free” facial was nowhere worth $300, so I just couldn’t tip 20%. I tipped the facialist $20. The whole company is just completely illegitimate and the pressure to purchase is just insane. Will not be going back.

Lee was very friendly and attentive. Helped explain the product to my mom and I when demonstrating it to us. My mom was very pleased with the results done to her skin, left it feeling soft and looking very radiant. Can’t wait to try out the exfoliator and moisturizer at home

They were very nice and generous. They offer me coffees, water, cookies and chocolate every time I come. I also love the faciel girl. She was amazing. And the facial was super professional.

Ok now that I don’t have Chris in front of me dictating how to rate them. Let me give you my honest experience. I found an ad on Instagram staying this special treatment targeting the eyebags which will make them tighter. The ad showed a laser treatment device. You schedule your appointment everything seems legit but they don’t confirm your appointment I had to text asking if I had the appointment set or do I need to schedule an appointment since I received no confirmation. Not a big deal but a little foreshadowing of what is to come. They allude to be a spa. Well they are in a mall. You walk into a beautiful upscale salon feel. This was during the middle of the day and and in a mall so I was to expecting a five star spa experience. The music is very loud and has European dance club vibes which is great but the music isn’t calming or relaxing at all. While I was receiving my facial which had now doubled in price because I purchased an additional treatment. Which I’m not mad about. But while I’m used to very quiet rooms with ambient lighting and soothing sounds you get one salon worker loudly trying to convince someone to spend $5000 on a machine because it was “medical grade” but dropped the price down to $3000 immediately after being told no to the $5000. I heard employees laughing and some child running around with their outside voice. Not relaxing in anyway. I will say Arineh gave me a really great facial she explained every product she was using and what the benefits were. At no point was there ever a laser used on my eyebags or face. I did receive a nice microderm abrasion facial. All of the equipment honestly looks like it was purchased off Temu. The session ends with red light therapy. Don’t get me wrong Arineh is extremely knowledgeable but I can’t help but feel a little misled. Chris is their muscle or I mean skin specialist (No where did I see any license displayed anywhere. Chris comes in asks if this is your first facial. I wanted to ask him if he’s ever had one at an actual spa? I thought he was going to zap my eyes with the laser. That’s a big ol negatory Batman because all he did was rub some eye cream that had some pigment in it to blend with the color of your skin better. It just felt like he put some glue on my eyebag. I hated the feeling and I wanted it off. Anyway the stuff (glue) is like on special for $400 and some other stuff (lotion) that helps is another $400 and you use them for an entire year and bam no the bags. I received a red light therapy eyebag device with electro current you wear like glasses for Christmas that I have yet to try. He made it seem like it wouldn’t work as great as these creams. He did make little statements about my appearance he thought would convince me I needed to give over $800. After three or four attempts to turn my “no” into into a “yes” he took the hint. It came to $125 which was double and he says “what are you going to tip Arineh? Most people tip her $50.” I then felt really insulted. I said I’m not most people I’ll tip $25. Then before he processed the payment he instructed me to rate Bee & Co five stars on Google and demanded I show him. Then he tried to give me some $100 product for free. I declined and he just handed me a tube of lotion I already don’t know where I left it. I cannot say they are a scam because I did receive a nice facial. It wasn’t a spa experience that I’m used to but if you’re near the mall or need a quick facial with free parking and access to a mall full of stores this is a place to visit but know you will be high pressured into buying stuff for 500% more then you can buy it online.
