The overall experience was amazing, being my first time at Bella Mar Day Spa & Salon.
Nellie and Shane have a great vibe, friendly, and helpful. I got a Brazilian Blowout with a haircut done by Nellie. I love the way my hair looks and feels. I highly recommend coming here. Another bonus you can purchase other things for yourself or a loved one. I bought this cute fashionable fedora hat and angel wings necklace that I put on right after. Thanks again!

Nellie is a Beautiful Soul who is a Specialist in her Profession !! I had Eyebrow Microblading done. Shane her Assistant set me up, told me step by step what the procedure entailed, gave me instructions on aftercare then Nellie took over. So calm and caring!! I am grateful and happy to meet them both!! I love my eyebrows and get many compliments.

After many massages in the past, I was a little nervous about going to Nellie 's for the first time. She was incredible. Did the best swedish massage I've ever had & including a wonderful facial. Also very welcoming. Plan on becoming a regular customer.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE Nellie will ruined you hair like mine and she won't accept her mistake she supposed to be the professional and act like one when not doing their job properly! nobody is perfect and that's okay but be PROFESSIONAL you can not yell at someone for telling you the truth (I don't like how my hair is), So make story long short she did full retouch highlights in a hour leaving all yellow and orange staining on my other highlights and she don't want to fix it or give me my money back because with a toner that only she said she will do is not going to fix the mess stains she made ,I have proof of that! I hope I can upload pictures to show the years of experience!

I brought my 7 year old for her 1st Brazilian blowout and she loves it! Nellie did a great job. She and Shane explained the process very clearly. Her friends were complimenting her hair too! The salon is so nice and great parking too. Definitely worth the visit!

It's been 10 years since I've been at this place and I hope they have improved . Going there was one of the worst experiences of my life. They keep sending me emails so I finally decided to write a review. I treated myself to one of their high-end facials which was very expensive and the owner/ manager at the time did it herself. She talked on the phone the entire time to a friend or to other people in the salon. It was not a very relaxing experience. She rushed the facial and tried to cut corners by giving me an Express facial ,which left out three or four steps I had paid for. I brought this to her attention and she did do one of the masks that was included but left out the special moisturizers Etc. She also tried to steam my face but couldn't get the steamer to work. What kind of high-end Salon would not have a steamer that worked! They were also supposed to do extractions and she did a few around my nose and that was it. Then there was the eyebrow waxing. While she was talking on the phone she was going to wax my eyebrows. When she dropped hot wax on my face, I had had enough. I had prepaid for the facial with my credit card. I asked for a partial refund was told they couldn't do that because I paid for it on a special. Then she had the gall to ask me if I was going to tip her! I felt so pressured I actually gave her a tip! What an idiot! I was so upset I didn't even write a review. But now I am and I hope you don't have the same experience that I did and I would stay far far away from these people.

Her assistant was so nice. But she left so much hair dye on my face neck! I wish I never gave her a 20 dollar tip. I wanted a haircut but I thought I would treat myself big mistake!! I do a better job myself when I dye my hair. as much as I paid you would think she would do a better job. So much dye came off my hair when I took a shower the next day. I would never go back to her it was such a waste of money and time!! And such a big mess don't go there you will waste your time and money. Super cuts does a better job my friends hair came out beautiful I wish I would of went with her instead of Bella Mar Day Spa!! Horrible horrible place! The dye was all over my pillow it's was such a waste of money and time!!

We drove all the way down to the salon and she wasn’t here. We called and she said she forgot to write our appointments down even though we got confirmation emails. She told us she couldn’t get down there. Horrible customer service!!!! Do not book here!!!!!
