Well upon walking in, it's like every other nail shop owned by Koreans. Most of them are not friendly and you're basically treated like cattle..I felt very uncomfortable and did not want to be there but I was leaving for out of town and my nail tech was booked up..overall my nails are feet are top tier and love what I paid for. But the service and atmosphere was trash.

I’ve been going to Bella’s for a while now and let me say. They do an amazing job!! I’ve been getting my nails and eyebrows done once in a while. But I say, I love how they do their job! Even though they are pretty busy during the week but the time is worth it! I would definitely recommend this place!

Came with my father a few weeks ago for 2 pedicures. One Bella Special and a basic with Gel. He loved the after result with his pedicure! I also went and go ahead get a gel manicure and I loved how they came out after!! I definitely recommend this place!!

CANNOT BELIEVE THIS EXPERIENCE !!!!
I have ALWAYS went to Bella’s, like the past 6 years. I went this past Tuesday to get dip on my nails. While at my appointment I asked, like always, for the lady to trim my cuticles. After I paid I realized that I paid extra than I normally do so I called back to ask why I was charged extra and it was because I got “special treatment done to my cuticles”
Wednesday morning my thumb nail broke off. So I called and asked to speak to the owner to fix my nail. I explained the situation because I have a wedding this weekend that I am in and needed it fixed. While the owner was fixing my thumb he, without me asking, started filing and buffing my other nails. Which then broke off another nail. I asked him to check my other nails because this never happens and like I already said, I am in a wedding this weekend. He then stopped filing and buffing other nails, and placed a top coat and recurred them.
Now it’s Thursday and another nail has broken off-and by broken off I mean it completely detached from my nail. I called back to Bella’s and asked to speak to owner again to see if he can fix it today and the lady who answered told me she was the owner, like I said before, I have been going the last 6 years I knew she wasn’t the owner. I explained the situation to her anyways and asked if I can get it fixed, she then completely cuts me off and started screaming on the phone, that it is all my fault and I can’t keep blaming my problems on them and I have been picking them off. I told her I could show her the cameras of where I work at and show both days where my nail literally just fell off my finger and I had not picked at them and honestly have never had that habit of picking them off. She started yelling at me on the phone saying everyone there knows me, I am a liar, I pick my nails, I talk too much and complain. Which if you knew me at all I do not speak to people and had no communication whatsoever other than asking him to check all of my nails. The entire process I just sit there and watch. I then asked who I was speaking to, to which she started going off again saying I am a complainer and talk too much. I told her I will come to the salon and show her the camera footage of it literally just falling off and I just needed it repaired because again I have a wedding this weekend and then I was hung up on. Really hate this because I’ve always loved this salon but after this entire experience I would not recommend at all.

Nails are always horrible & come off way to easy. Also if you have children I wouldn't recommend they don't have good customer service and told me they couldn't do my nails bc I didn't have anyone with me to hold My daughter even tho she's walking and perfectly fine. So unless you have a babysitter everytime u get ur nails done i wouldn't recommend going there and this us the only place I've ever had issues with about Me having my kids.

I went in with literally no nail a few was so short they was bleeding bc my natural nails was ripped off when my last set was removed at another salon...i went into bellas today and she did amazing with protecting the nail bed i did have left and making my nails look amazing again plus amazing prices. For this full gel set and eyebrow wax i paid 50.00.
I will be traveling from ohatchee from now own they have my permanent buisness!

I've been using Bella's for years now and even though I live further away I still make the drive every few weeks bc of the service I always receive. They have colors most salons don't and they take their time with each customer. Sometimes it comes with a wait but it's always worth it for the quality and price.

Very busy but efficient business with great nail techs. This was my first time here and my experience was amazing. I feel so pampered and rejuvenated with the massaging pedicure chairs and the extra attention they give during the foot and leg massage. I will definitely be returning.

I paid $60 for a gel full set & one of my nails popped off within 3 days and I asked over the phone if they could fix it and he told

You can fix it after I spent $60 and I’ve only had them on 3.days?! I’ll never go back here after I get this nail fixed. They’re over priced as well and don’t do a great job.
