Please do not come here. I'd give this place 0 star if I could. Got a manicure today, gel take off and I wanted buff shine instead of polish. The lady who did my hands did a bad job cutting cuticle skin and then she cannot even do buff shine!! She tried on one hand and scratched my nails instead of making them shiny! OMG. So pretty much I just have to settle for gel removal & basic manicure that's it. And the kicker is, it was $25 😂 What a rip-off. Anyway I will never ever come back. They're gaining really bad karma from treating people like this. Goodluck.

For pedicures they are pretty reliable but for manicures, it is hit or miss. Today one of the women started sanding the dip on two nails down and then said she didn’t do that kind of dip so she told me to wait for someone else and then informed me that tech was leaving and asked me to come back tomorrow. After she had already made two of my nails look crazy. I try to go back again and again because they are close to my house and I regret it almost every time.

This place has the worst service ever! I got a pedicure done and the lady that did them got mad because I told her she missed a few spots that weren’t painted from the corners all the way through, she said that I did that and that it was my fault when obviously it wasn’t my issue. She just rushed through and she started cussing me out in her language. Instead of fixing it she blames me and gets mad. She could’ve just fixed it with no issue. It’s simple.

My gf came here to have one nails fix and came out with the worst experience she claim to ever have. The technician was cutting her skin, live-removing a fake nail (an extremely painful technique), and the worst of all she ignore my gf's pain and yell at her and say: "Here, do it yourself!". What kind of customer service is this. Even the service is bad because they mess up the color too. The lady humiliated my gf and gave her a bad service. DO NOT GO HERE.

The owner is super nice & i love going to tiffany, she is more than a pedicurist,
she is my podiatrist! always gets rid of my toe nail problems...
clean place, only lacks some relaxation background music, other than this
i enjoy Bella Nails!

I love my Asian Family. Jenny is the most sweetest person. She is a God fearing woman. This is why I continue to go to Bella. Not only does she help out the holmeless population. They knit scarfs throughout the year. When the winter comes around I pick up the scarfs, blankets and anything warm. I pass them out in the San Jose areas. Not only does she help out here. She helps out in her country as well. I love their spirit. Everyone is super friendly. Kathy has been doing my nails for 8yrs. Not only does she do a good job, she feeds me every time I go there. My whole family and a lot of my friends go there as well.
I love them and wish them continuous prosperity. Blessings to Bella Nail...
