Benevolent Barbers is a shop in San Jose that deserves much love, and respect. Ed and his team do a phenomenal job making clients coming feel welcome. Those who walk into the shop are met with much hospitality. Carlos is the barber who gave me a fade and without a doubt did absolutely amazing work. His level of skill with clippers, and scissors is exceptional. He takes lots of pride in his craft and it shows. He provides a great experience throughout the whole haircut. Great haircut that doesn't hurt the pocket 🙂

I've been trying to find my go to barber here in the bay and I feel like I found it. Carlos was very detailed in what he was doing. He immediately understood what I wanted to do with my hair.

It helps that their place is walking distance from my apartment. Will definitely be back 🙂

Having just moved to San Jose from out of state I was super overwhelmed with the thought of trying to find a new barber, but after just one visit to Benevolent Barbers I have confidently found my new “Go-To”! These guys seriously care about their customers and their experiences! I received THE best haircut I’ve had in a decade, and made some new friends along the way! 11/10 would recommend. Seriously.
