El peor lugar al que he ido en mi vida, la mujer me puso uñas y me puso el largo que quiso, por más que insistí en que las dejara más cortas renegó que así las iba a dejar el largo, uso una lima que parecía de juguete de mi hija, todo muy sucio, aparte de sucio y uñas feas que me hicieron, carisimooo, no me ubiera importado pagar lo que pague siempre y cuando su servicio y producto fuera de calidad, NO VAYAN...

It had been a few years since I’ve been here and my mom wanted to go back so we did. I’m deaf so there will always be a communication issue with me however the lady I had didn’t want to try to communicate. I was doing everything in my power to explain exactly what I already had done and how I’d like them to be. I simply just said I wanted gel mani/pedi. One finger has a fake nail because my real nail had broke. I wanted her to know that and because I didn’t want her to cut my real nails off. Idc if I get fill or a new set because they’re usually the same price. I did say I want the exact same design I already had.. I tried to make it as simple as I could but she was extremely annoyed with me. Constantly rolled her eyes in the most exaggerated manner and I just chalked it up to us not being able to communicate well. It wasn’t until it was time for my mani then I had realize it wasn’t 100% me. I brought up my previous inspo pic which showed the exact same design I had on my nails so she can have a reference but she just refused to look at it. I originally had French tips but requested full color instead but include the same line as I already had. I was worried that I was just asking for too much when I asked her to do the same line on my toes that she couldn’t do it. I asked for a new shape (ballerina) because I wanted to try something new but wish I didn’t because these are my real nails and one of my nail is actually crooked. It can deal with it. When she started doing the lines she started getting annoyed with me again and I asked for it to look just like how I had it (will insert original picture) I showed her my inspo pic just so she could actually see what I was talking about but I just gave up after the way she kept acting with me. I honestly just wanted to leave. I was fighting so hard to not cry out of frustration. Everything cost me $100 . If you do come here then definitely request to work with this other woman. She’s an Hispanic woman and her name might be Irma or something close to that. My mom had her and she was absolutely wonderful! She deserve the best credit. Idk the person I saw name but she is the woman who answer the phone. (The last picture is what I originally had)

I also want to note that both my mom and I had let her know that I’m hard of hearing and cannot hear her multiple times
