WARNING!!!
This guy shows up with someone they're trying to sell the business to and spends a couple hours to determine I have a bad circulation pump. I agree to have him replace it and prepaid the cost of the pump. Then he tries to charge me $412 to install it.
The breaker continually disconnects and he blames it on a brand new breaker and destroys the heater element in his diagnosis. The jet pump also mysteriously broke.
I had an actual repair guy come and replace the jet pump (can't prove this yahoo broke it) and he charged $45 to install it. I'd NEVER recommend this company and caution anyone doing business with them to know they have no expertise and he had admittedly called an "expert" to help him misdiagnose the breaker causing him to disconnect other systems and breaking the heater (and possibly the jet pump) in the process! Woe to whomever buys this business to have the brand follow them!

These people definitely have some character! Finally was able to wrangle them into coming out to my house (out in the sticks). Labor was $165/hr times 2.5 hours to replace a heating element (was quoted 1). Would have left a better review, but they left the water running and my well tank ran dry and emptied all the sediment into the hot tub - no apology.

Will learn how to do it myself next time!

So I liked Ron and wanted to like his service. Originally we had scheduling issues that weren't followed thru on his end including not showing up at the time window we both agreed on, but I looked passed it because I thought I got a good deal on the repairs. I thought I did get a good service, until my spa's jets stopped working a couple months after he did repairs. I tried calling him, he never called me back about getting him back out to take a look at it. I would leave him countless messages and someone would pick up the phone then hang-up or I would leave a message and it would never be returned. This was super frustrating.

So I ended up getting someone else to come visit my spa, during this visit the tech was shocked that my spa even worked at all. It turns out that when the repairs were made earlier, that it was wired completely backwards and ended up frying the relay on the circuit board that made the jets work. So in order to fix this work and have an "attempt" to make the jets work, I have to replace the circuit board which basically thru this other spa repair service is over $700. Now this wont even guarantee the jets will work, because the tech said its a possibility that the pump is damaged now and wont work. So that would probably push the costs over $1000 to get my spa working as it was before, which I think is ridiculous.

The only good thing, which was my original thing I thought I liked that was confirmed by the other company's spa tech, was that he didnt overcharge me for parts and some at cost. Hey thats awesome, but when you cause over $1000 in additional damage for not doing the work right - that's not so awesome. Wanted to like Ron like I said, but would recommend someone else for any spa issues.

Ron just finished repairing our 10 year old spa. He tried to come out a few days ago but due to a dead car battery, I did not get home in time to let him in the gate! He was very nice about this and offered to come out again today. Our spa is now up and running! Ron was very professional and did a great job for a very fair price. Thank you, Ron!

Ron had some medical issues that he did not communicated to me. Therefore, it took him longer than expected to complete the work. Work was done well and the spa is back in service, I would use him again.
