Tish is AWEMazing! I have seen several professionals at various medical spas and advanced aesthetic clinics, and Tish is one of the best if not THE best I have been to. She is incredibly informative, very thorough, and does what is best for her patient. When I received my treatment from her, she was able to achieve a technique with me others had not been able to due to my own unique needs. I have to say with certainty that she is the best injector I have been to and I can think of 6 other injectors off the top of my head, one of which has over 20 years experience. I am so excited to continue to work with Tish. I am so grateful to have someone I can trust with my aesthetic care.

Tish is Exceptional, Excellent! She is very knowledgeable and her work is amazing! Will always come to her for all my skin care and aesthetic needs. I had lips and a mid-face lift and the results were amazing. Always perfect results. I had skin vive and Botox done this time! Tish is the absolute best injector in this area. This place is top notch... Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, as well as professional!! Tish did an amazing job explaining everything (PRP Injections). She's right, the first 3 days are a little rough. Today is actually day 3, and I'm nearly 95% pain free, and my range of motion is also about 90% (rotator cuff). My wife got a shot in her knee, and exact same results!!! We've been recommending to everyone!!!

Tish does a great job. I have been going to her for weight loss since March, 2024 and I have lost 32.8 pounds. I love her InBody scale, because it lets me know my fat content plus my muscle mass.

Next month I will be at my goal and will start on a maintenance program.

Beautiful office and wonderful staff! I have been seeing Tish for her weight loss program for the last year and am happy to report I have lost 50 lbs with her guidance and expertise. She has a body scanner that illustrates your body composition so you know if you are losing fat, gaining muscle, etc. Highly recommend working with her on finding the best program for you. You will not be disappointed!

Beyoutiful Skin & Wellness with its lovely atmosphere & welcoming professionals was exactly what I was hoping for. Tish Arwine, the NP, explained the complete process I came for and took the time to answer questions. The staff were great & put me at ease...I'm always somewhat nervous going to a new place, but the minute I walked in the door I knew it was going to be a good experience. I'd recommend BSW to everyone!
