Today was my first day coming to the salon and it is a very trendy place with very friendly staff and as I looked around at everyone while they were getting their hair done, everyone was having fabulous results. My hairstylist was Kamilah. She’s very friendly and personable and took her time listening to what I wanted and delivered 100%. She did a root touchup, highlights, and low lights, Haircut and style. I left feeling like a million bucks! Thank you Kamilah! I think I have found my new stylist!

What an AMAZING experience. I went to Bleach Please about 4 weeks back for a wedding hair trial and was absolutely blown away! This past week I returned with my four bridesmaids and we were treated like VIPS. With 4 ladies immediately waiting on standby to do hair, and mimosas in waiting, I couldn’t recommend Bleach Please enough. Shauna did my (The Brides) hair, and when I say I was about ready to have her join my bridal party, I’m not kidding.
If you’re hesitant before going, let this be your sign. ❤️

I can’t say enough how grateful I am to my new stylist for the experience I had a couple days ago. I had visited another salon in the area a few months back and they literally melted my hair. After chopping off over 8 inches of melted hair and allowing time for my hair to heal a little I scheduled an appointment. My hair is naturally curly, thick and looked like Neapolitan ice cream (color was not by choice). The stylist I was paired with took the time to review pictures talk about options and ensure my hair would stand up to the process she would need to do. In talking with the stylist and listening to her ideas, I trusted her judgment and allowed her to do what she felt would look best to correct the errors from the other salon. She spent around five hours and never made me feel rushed during the whole process. I did not see my hair until she had finished blow drying so my surprise when she spun the chair around was a complete shock. I cried and jumped out of the chair and hugged her. Although the color is not what I had envisioned in my mind, it was actually much better and complimented my skin tone more than any color I have chosen myself before. In my opinion my new stylist is not just a stylist. She is a true artist, the amount of skill and knowledge it takes to do what she did in one visit Could only come from having a true passion for what she does. So with this review, I want to thank her again along with all of the staff at the salon. I am still just as happy today as when that chair spun around. Thank you all and to anybody reading this review, please do not hesitate to trust the ladies and gentlemen at Bleach Please.

If I could make this a negative star I would.
Gentlemen, if you are looking to treat your wife or lady to a haircut, or ladies, if you are looking for a new shop, keep looking. I typically do Google reviews for only positive instances; if there is something negative, I just do not make a review at all. In this case, I have to say something.
I bet I am going to get yelled at for making this review; she is too nice of a person to complain, even when Chad egregiously and deliberately ignored what she asked for. Seeing as she is paying I don't quite understand how he can do that..
Now, for what happened:
So my wife decided to get the dead ends cut off her hair. Being the person she is, she is always looking to spread her money around to different people and different shops instead of developing a relationship and sticking with the same person.
In this case, she chose "Bleach Please Salon" with Chad as the stylist.
Chad told her that if he had free rein to do as he wanted, he'd layer it and make it shorter...
She specifically said, "Do not cut the front." He cut several inches off the front, and it's noticeably shorter than the rest of her hair.  She clearly said, "No layers." He said he was going to put subtle layers in the back of her hair, at the bottom. She agreed. Now she has layers all over her head that are jaw-length.
One of her biggest problems with this whole situation (other than the fact that he didn't listen to anything she said) is that I am overseas in Vietnam.  There is a 12-hour time difference, so we don't get to talk a whole lot during the day, just in the morning and at night as one of us is wakingup and the other is going to bed... This morning, the only thing she wanted to talk about was how horrible she feels about the haircut, how he didn't listen, and how it will take two years for her hair to grow back to its previous length. She didn't even mention anything about her car being hit and it being totalled!! That is how much this affected her..

What happened to the "customer is right" mentality? After all, it's her hair; she's going to look at it every time she looks in a mirror. Chad may have had the best intentions, but he did not listen to her, and he did not make her happy. Ultimately, she is the one paying financially because the haircut was not free and mentally because she is unhappy every time she looks in the mirror.
I have to pay for it because she doesn't want to talk about her day, she doesn't want to talk about the positive things that's happening in her life, she doesn't want to talk about the other negative things are happening in her life (her car accident and totalled vehicle) she doesn't want to talk about what I'm doing, She can only think about the next yearand a half to fix this.. I'd love to be telling her about a temple, museum, or some experience I had..

Chad you are the cause of all this, when someone tells you something and they're paying you to do it just do it. You don't get to decide what other people like or do not like if they ask your suggestion give it if they say no don't.

Long story short
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop, and tell your friends to do the same. I certainly plan on telling everyone I meet about it when I get home..

I recently called the salon and was matched with one of their 20 talented stylists. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Kamyla was amazing! She knew exactly how to care for and style my natural hair, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My hair came out perfectly, and I received so many compliments! I will definitely be returning for my next appointment. Highly recommend Kamyla and this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service and great results!

Just got my hair done by Lydia. She did a phenomenal job with the color and cut. I have never went this dark before but I absolutely love it. Everything I wanted! Will definitely be going back to her. The before and after is crazy. I feel like a whole new person.
