This was my first time at Bliss, which came highly recommended by a friend. I must say that the service was indeed good, and I was happy to have found it. However, make sure they don't try to overcharge you.

I asked for a deep nail treatment, which cost $43 (my nails are very short, so there was no reason to charge me extra). I also got a classic pedicure for $30 plus $15 for gel polish. I agreed to these charges. However, at the end, they tried to charge me $95. They added callus removal, which I did not request, and they wanted to charge $15 for removing the gel polish on my feet. They never mentioned that there would be an extra charge for this.

Additionally, I always apply gel polish remover before heading there to make the process faster and avoid damaging my nails. I honestly felt like they were trying to scam me. The technician's name was Heather. It's a shame because if she had been honest, I would have become a regular client. I did not appreciate the poor work ethic.

Last minutes walk in, shop was busy but I was greeted by a very sweet Tech, Linh. Wow… my nails came out beautifully. Shop is very clean, wonderful and top notch services. Thank you! Def will come back!!!!

Came in on a Friday to have nails done for my daughter's birthday. Spent $160. All of our nails started peeling 3 days after. I called them on Monday & asked of they would fix them. They scheduled me a appointment on Saturday to fix them & said they would repaint them for free. When I showed up on Saturday they told me they would give me 20% but wouldn't do them free because " I waited too long" yet they were the ones who scheduled the appointment for Saturday. Don't waste your money here.

I stopped going to get my nails done for a while then I went back and Jenny did a great job and my nails look beautiful for three weeks. I went back and then had Anna help me
She has helped me before I wasn’t impressed. This time my nails chipped the first day and the dip that was done was horrible. I was told she would fix them but she rushed and did such a terrible job why would I want the same person to fix them? I won’t be back. This place is hit or miss.

I love it here ! I’ve been coming for over a year now since moving to Clermont. The staff is very friendly and they’ve been able to do just about every design set I find on Pinterest. Oh and they get me in and out 🙂

I drive an hour to go to this salon.
Jenny is amazing a true artist, her attention to detail is incredible.
Michelle does my pedicure and always takes the time to make my feet feel and look amazing

This salon was absolutely amazing Michelle was so amazing with my mother’s pedicure and really took her time with her. Heather did my pedicure and my nails French and she was so attentive and knowledgeable 10/10 recommend these ladies if you come in. Thank you bliss nails for making my experience in central Florida beautiful!

I went in for a powder dip and the nail tech removed so much of my nail that the result has been a very painful experience where nails no longer grow evenly, chip and split in layers, and they get caught on any textile. Truly the most painful experience and the finished French manicure lasted only 3 days. Do not allow nail techs to remove polish with nail drill. They’re in such a hurry they destroy your nails.
