Sadly, I had a very bad experience. I booked my appointment two months in advance, as these nails were for my wedding. I arrived for my appointment explained that I wanted a fading French. I paid $200 for my manicure and pedicure and they only lasted two days. By the morning of my wedding all my nails had chips in them and I had to redo them hours before the ceremony. Mistakes happen, I thought I should let the business know that their nails did not last and could have ruined my wedding. I honestly thought they’d offer to fix the nails for free, but no. They doubled down that nails should last and min 24 hours after that their nails are susceptible to chips.

They suggested I book another appointment and pay for another set. No thanks, I’ll pass on having myself get cut again (which I was never even going to mention!).

Loved Jackie the facialist who looks AMAZING for her age. Asian dont raisin. And the masseuse I had was absolutely PHENOMENAL. we went there before we left for our wedding and i couldn’t have felt more relaxed. Only thing is, if you have sensitive skin let her know ! I got scratched on my nose from the extraction but it wasn’t their fault. I should have told them to stop. Wjat a relaxing place and also so cute in there !

I went today to Bliss on Broadway salon for the first time and I had the best mani-pedi ever! Mimi and Bella are very professional and did an amazing job!! The place is very clean, relaxing and people are friendly .

Very professional and clean place. The ambience was very mellow and chill. I will absolutely be coming back here. My sisters got a massage. I got a pedicure with my other sister and everyone is 100% satisfied no complaints.

Love this nail salon! I usually see mimic, who is fantastic. Today I saw Akiko who was also amazing! Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is very peaceful!

This place used to be great! I had to stop going after two b2b incidents in a row where the tech cut me or scraped me. The services also became rushed and resulted in quick chipping on gel manicures. After a few years, I decided to try them again since I remembered how great it used to be..and I live across the street. I made an appointment for a gel mani and pedi for the next day. Upon sitting in the chair and putting my feet in the water, I was told that I could only get gel on either hands or feet because my appointment was scheduled incorrectly. The technicians were just like "sorry!" And everyone just watched me walk out. Considering the salon was packed, it was embarrassing. Truly terrible customer service. Probably a blessing in disguise.

Akiko did my pedi and eyebrow wax and did an absolutely amazing job. High attention to detail and she even put a lot of effort into the leg and foot massage, which is something I feel most places don’t do. I walked out feeling much better! Highly recommend!!
