Jackie is literally the BEST at what she does. She’s so gentle and precise. I went in for a facial and lip injections and I have minimal bruising and swelling and feel normal when normally I’m swollen and bruised for at least a week. I had my first Botox experience with Jacqueline! There are a few things I appreciated about Jacqueline as an injector. First, she made me feel at ease with the process. Answered all my questions and educated me on what she was doing. It was also nearly painless, which I wasn’t expecting at all! She has some tricks up her sleeve to make the experience as painless and easy as possible. Jacqueline is also a perfectionist, which I appreciate in anyone who works within the beauty industry! I cannot say enough good things about Bloom Medical Aesthetics & Artistry or about Jacqueline. The space is calm and relaxing, lots of parking and easily accessible.

I had booked a facial with Jacqueline but I spoke to her prior to my appointment to go over my goals (decreasing fine lines, addressing discoloration, improving texture - you know pretty standard!!) I also mentioned that I was interested in trying more but not yet ready to try Botox or fillers. She recommended microneedling as a minimally invasive option for the future but I got such a good feeling from her that I decided to go for it.

I am so happy I did!! The procedure itself was well explained and comfortable. After only one treatment I am seeing significant improvements in some hyperpigmentation I had after kiddos and the texture of my "winter skin" has improved drastically! So glad I found Jacqueline and she was able to make a recommendation after listening to my wants and concerns. I cannot wait to go back!
