Fue mi primera vez que fui a este lugar y muy mala la experiencia empezando porque el dia que pregunte por el precio me dijeron que 80 dolares y ya el dia de la cita el precio subio a 95 trabajan demasiado rapido y cuando me estaban haciendo las uñas una de ellas se quebro (es la que aparece en la foto) y la persona que me las estaba haciendo solo le puso un poco mas de acrilico y la "reparo" pero el dia de hoy a 4 dias de tenerlas con migo se me ha quebrado la uña he decidido compartir mi experiencia para que sepan lo que les puede ocurrir no volvere a este lugar muy mala experiencia ?creo que son un poco racistas no se si Sera porque soy latina y hablo muy poco ingles?por unas uñas de 95 dolares esperamos algo mejor ?

I’ve been going to Blossom for years and I would never go to a different nail salon. The care they take with cleanliness is top notch, and despite getting acrylics for years at a time, my nails are never harmed underneath. The team really seems like a family, and the owners are so kind.

Over priced for basic nail skills.

In response to the owner, yes your prices are clearly outlined in the menu, what isn't though are all the up charges your staff sneakily include during the service.
Example, I was given a 10 dollar charge for thinner french nails, which is Unheard of. As well as a 10 dollar uncharged for colored acrylic powder that ended up being painted over that anyways which I was not aware was going to happen, i did bring this up to my technician but all I got was a "sorry" and no adjustment to the price or nails. I will not be returning here nor recommending this place to anyone due to poor communication and mediocre service. Also if im paying that much for a manicure I would atleast expect my nails not to be crooked and my color not to be patchy.

She used the mini sander to get rid of my cuticle and cut my skin. I asked her to stop and wipe the blood. I asked her not to cover the skin with the polish so I can tend to it when I get home. She did it anyways. I also asked my fingernails to be shaped and polished. She cut them short.

Always come in once a month to get pedicures with my wife, love our go to girls Van and Tee! They are awesome and do a perfect job every time!

The 2 stars are just for the cleanness of the place, and the COVID precautions. I mean the salon is tidy and nice looking one would think the service should be the same, unfortunately it was not the case for me. I booked the stress mani pedi the products are nice but the quality of the service was awful in my opinion for the price paid. It might be that I got unlucky with the ladies who provided the service. She did not do a good job with pedi my toe nails look uneven and the massage was not worth the price. However, the mani is somehow ok. Would I come to this place again or recommend it to anyone Nope ?

I exclusively see Tee and she is meticulous with her work. We don’t go crazy with designs but there are some artists there that can. Cannot recommend her enough. Only con I can think of is that I think the place is pricey
