They make appointments for you without you even doing so. They send other people's credit card info to strangers. No complaint gets handled. There are many appointments for me that I never made and they won't stop doing it.

I just got my nails done at this place and I love my nails so muchhhh 💋❤️❤️ This is probably one of my favorite places I’ve ever been to do my nails! They are so nice and they did a nice job of doing my nails and were very thorough. 🫶🏻the place was very clean and nice. (The pictures at the bottom are the pictures of my nails and then the inspo that I asked for, I asked for a small square with a black bow) I found this place on Instagram and I knew I had to go after just seeing their page🤭🤭 so worth it five stars all the way will definitely come back🔥🔥🔥

My services included eyebrow waxing, pedicure, acrylic nails with design. Every staff member was extremely friendly and professional. The prices are fair and reasonable. Everyone was so respectful and welcoming. Thank you Blossom Nail Spa!!!

Don’t go to this location. Made the mistake of coming here while running errands and should have gone to prune yard. Got my nails done with dip powder on Thursday 8/4. The very next day 6 nails were cracking and chipping. It’s now been 5 days and I’m taking them off because they have cracked so badly that they get stuck in my hair. Pictures are from one day after and four days after. Should have just paid for a básic manicure and gotten a massage, cuticle trim and nail polish that wouldn’t ruin my nails.

Relaxing atmosphere, beautiful interior. Easy walk in sign up. They do get really busy though I was lucky I walked in at the right time. My daughter got a gel manicure and Lavender Pedicure, I got the Lavender Pedicure. It was amazing!!! 10 Stars to the 3 ladies that pampered us!

Always clean, services are nice but sometimes inconsistent when it comes to massages with mani/pedi. Some technicians just repeatedly run over and over in the same spot which becomes more annoying than relaxing.

I have been going to the Pruneyard location for 13 months. This place is clean, professional and welcoming. Every single nail technician here is amazing! I am always happy with my nail designs. Kevin blew me away with most recent set. He went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this location to everyone.
