10 Stars for Tom!! I’ve seen Tom for years- he is amazing. All the nails always match in length. He does an amazing job! He also is cheaper than other technicians. Look at the pink & white ombré he did!

I dropped my Fiancee off for a seemingly simple gel nail removal. She had called earlier and was informed that the removal service would be $7 since she wasn't getting any other services done. The nail stylist completely thrashed her nails, scraping them and forcing the gel polish off when it was clearly still stuck onto her nails. She felt like the stylist was going to tear part of her nails off. She left with polish still on a few of her nails and the tops of the nails just totally scratched up, with rough edges on all fingers. The whole experience was rather traumatic and to top it off, they ran her card without confirming or verifying anything, and charged her $11! She paid more than expected, which, granted, is not a crazy amount, but we were shocked at how bad it was and that they considered their job as "done". Photos don't really show all the detail. By far the worst nail salon experience my fiancee has ever had; please beware.

A little more pricey but not by much. However well worth it. Amazing and thorough job on pedicures and manicures. Amy did an amazing job on my hands and feet. I am now going to be using this salon for now on. Best nail salon on the mountain. Very detailed and clean work and super friendly staff. Amy really took good care of me there i definitely recommend using her if she's available. Such a good experience i want to go back already

Mother’s Day gift RUINED!!!!! What she asked for vs what she got. After 3 toes painted, she stop the tech and told her it was the wrong color. The tech said it would be an extra cost to fix it. Her hands were supposed to be French tip. The techs don’t listen and do what they want. Lumpy, messy, gross! When I called to complain, I was met with argument. STAY FAR AWAY! I feel so bad for this deserving mother of 2 littles! SHAME ON YOU BLUE JAY NAILS! SHAME!

Kim did my nails yesterday and she was so gentle and gave me exactly what I asked for. She even didn’t mind when I accidentally let her prep my nails for just a gel manicure when I wanted acrylics ‍♀️ great service and great prices. My goth heart is overflowing with these black almond shaped nails. Thanks Kim! I will be back! ?

Update: Tom is a phenomenal manicurist as well. I’m obsessed with this ombré he did and they also offer cat eye now ?

I've had a mixed experience every time I come here. They do okay nails, I've only ever gotten acrylics or a fill. It's better to come with a walk-in, twice I've made an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. One of those times the lady straight up told me it was because I looked like I was in high-school, and probably didn't have a job. Every time I've come as just a walk-in, I've waited a max of 10 minutes. This most recent time I came, the man insisted I needed a new set not just a fill so okay cool that's fine. While he was popping off the old set, he broke one of my natural nails, like not at the top either it broke in the center and started to pull off in the middle to the point where it was bleeding. He continued the service, and then started to get angry when I told him no don't put another nail on that finger! He was agitated about it, and insited it won't burn and wouldn't be a problem. I had to tell him like 6 times do not put anything on that finger it needs to heal! The rest of the service went well, he told me I could come back any time to get the last finger done so that was nice. He gave me a spider design I did not ask for, saying it was for what happened, but still charged me for it. The nails are cute, they can be a little rough, and prices aren't posted.

I’ve given this place 3 try’s.
2 out of the 3 experiences were BAD!

1st: I did not want gel on my nails and they put so many layers of regular polish that I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for the polish to dry and it never did! I ended up having to have them take off all of my nail polish and went home with naked nails.
If you don’t know how to polish with regular polish, then don’t offer that!

2nd experience: fine. I guess. Good pedicure and I liked my full set.

3rd experience: I went to get fills. She cut down my nails so short that it looks like I don’t even have nails!
Every single time I even glanced at my hands, she made me feel so uncomfortable. She kept scoffing at me and asking me: what’s wrong?
I literally couldn’t even look at my hands without this sort of behavior! It was so uncomfortable and I felt like I had to look elsewhere.
Then! They charge me $33 and tell me: a nail cut down is an extra $3.
I didn’t even ask for that!

Not going back. Even if I have to drive down the hill.
