I had a great massage experience at Body In Balance Therapy. Rowena has created a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere in her beautifully decorated office. She provided a 90 minute, deep tissue and fascia release message and WOW! She found every knot, even ones I didn't know I had! I left knowing that I had found the right massage therapist to help me, but not before booking my next two sessions in advance! I am looking forward to my next session.

Incredible Lymphatic Drainage Massage – A Game Changer!

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage, and I am absolutely amazed by the results! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and professional, explaining the benefits of the treatment while making sure I was comfortable the entire time.

The gentle, rhythmic movements were both relaxing and energizing, and I could immediately feel the difference in my body. It was like a deep cleanse from the inside out! I felt lighter, less bloated, and incredibly refreshed afterward. The session not only helped reduce my swelling, but it also left me feeling more balanced and at ease.

I got the "Roworx"!!! Ro was a licensed physical therapist in her home country. Though she is not acting as a PT, her training and experience as a PT is invaluable as a massage therapist. As a senior citizen athlete, I really appreciated her ability to identify and release all of my knots and tight spots..and give me the relief I need to recover and stay active. Additionally, I had a "skin tightening " facial. I thought it could be a "gimmick, but it wasn't! So glad that I no longer need to drive to Melbourne to get a decent massage.

I’ve had the best experience with my post-op lymphatic drainage massage treatments at Body in Balance Therapy. I’m extremely comfortable and the atmosphere is calming and beautiful. Rowena is extremely helpful in treating my needs following surgery! I feel her and the treatments I’m receiving have been the reason why I’m healing so fast post op. My first post op massage was less than 24 hrs post op. My doctor’s office was impressed with how mobile I was and how fast I was healing one week post op. Rowena is also helping contour my body following my lipo 360 and BBL. She’s truly amazing! I highly recommend getting an appointment with her for your post op needs! Get in right away after your surgery to help your recovery! She’s amazing!! She also offers RF, facials and skin care! Great place to come even if your not post op!! So many options here!

The waiting area and treatment room are warm and welcoming, Rowena has an energetic yet calming presence about her that puts you at ease right away. With an extensive background in Physiology, she is well-qualified to assess and effectively treat a wide range of physical dysfunction by getting to the root cause. As a truly caring therapist would, she demonstrated some stretching techniques for me to do between sessions. I am looking forward to my next appointment as I feel confident in her knowledge and skills.
