Erika’s massages are magical! Highly recommend especially for people who are gym goers that need that body work. She helps with mobility, is knowledgeable in the human body, and is also very experienced.

I have poor blood circulation in my legs and also suffer from restless leg syndrome and her massages /cupping/gua sha brings me such relief. Honestly amazing and the industry is lucky to have her.

Erika is absolutely amazing! I am a weight lifter and always feel 10x better after a session with her. She is great with communication, is always asking where my problem areas are or if I’m sore anywhere specific, and then fixes the issue. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a massage therapist. My entire family already regularly sees her!

Erica is as good as they come! I’ve had shoulder problems for most of my life from playing youth sports. I’ve also had tons of massage therapists do their best to help relieve my pain and restore mobility to my shoulder. None of them even came close to Erica, I’ve never felt better. My range of motion has increased and the pain in my shoulder has significantly declined.

Not only does she provide great work, but she is kind and accommodating as they come.

I found Body in Hand during Covid. I was looking for someone that could still do massages and her name came up. She works in a medical office and was still considered essential. Massage is definitely essential!!! She is amazing. She finds my sore spots and the areas I didn’t know were a problem. She has the ability to make my degenerative disc disease and lots of other things feel better. My husband, daughter and brother all see her on a regular basis now.
