I’ve gotten a couple of massages from Shayna now and can truly say they are the best I’ve ever had. I used to work in salons/spas and have had many massages over the years. Shayna is very skilled and knowledgeable in her trade and provides the best experience all around. I highly recommend her!

I am adding another review for Shayna...

In January 2024 I had total knee replacement. I had been a regular monthly client at Bodyworks and took a couple months off for the surgery and immediate healing while I was doing physical therapy. In March I returned for massages and Shayna was careful on the recovering leg. In April she suggested cupping to help healing and explained the process and function. I asked my physical therapist and doctor and both fully agreed with cupping saying it was an excellent idea to help healing. Cupping was done for 4 months. Shayna’s work greatly reduced swelling, improved knee flexibility, and enhanced recovery. I highly recommend Shayna as a masseuse who is attentive to her clients.

My previous review:
I have had regular massages from Shayna for nearly a year. They are wonderful, especially the deep tissue massage. Shayna can adapt her work to deal with problem areas such as sore muscles. I highly recommend Bodyworks

My 1st Bodyworks visit was a session with Tristan & it was the BEST massage I've ever had, wow. He really knows where to go, to find the source of the discomfort and it's deeply peaceful too. I have issues - QL, sacro-iliac, leg cramps & aching. I feel a lot better the day after & I'll be back to get more work!

The space in calm and inviting, making it easy to relax and settle in comfortably, and is always spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Shayna if you’re in need of an excellent, professional massage! I scheduled a 90 min massage for my husband because he often has pain in his lower back. I read all the incredible reviews Bodyworks Massage had and knew this was the place! My husband is pretty picky with his massages and he said it was one of the BEST massages he had ever received!
He said Shayna was strong and the deep tissue massage was just what he needed and would definitely recommend her!

I have been going to body works massage since last year. I generally have a 1 hour full body, deep tissue massage from Shayna and it has been a wonderful experience! Shayna is professional, competent and caring. She has an excellent technique and adjusts the massage to my needs. I always leave feeling great and pain free!
