This was my first experience with a head spa, and it was truly magical! Brainwashed LA is a cozy oasis tucked away in a strip mall salon. Michelle was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and she offered a lot of education about the process. The massaging and water felt so amazing that I got ASMR chills from my head to my feet multiple times. Loved the products as well! After the session, Michelle reviewed my scalp with me, and I could see and feel the difference. She even sent a follow-up text with a recap and link to the shampoo. W O W such an amazing and relaxing experience. Such an amazing experience ! Michelle was incredible . Everything was clean and sanitized properly . The room was so cute . My hair feels amazing . I’m currently pregnant so she made sure that everything was safe for my service . I got to see before and after videos of my scalp .
