I received a massage from Melissa and it was wonderful, and the customer service is lovely here.

I scheduled one massage which was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene. They called personally to encourage a reschedule which I appreciated. I rescheduled. On the day of my massage I realized there was an overlap between the massage and another commitment I made. I texted and they offered 2 different times. Extremely courteous of them. Then, the road outside the salon was being worked on, so they sent directions. I got too scared to drive through the road work and actually tried to cancel. Rachel was so nice over the phone. I only live like 2 minutes away so when she reassured me to just drive past the signs, I was able to do it. Finally I arrived and it was an awesome experience.

I received a 55 minute facial with Rebecca and let me tell you it was the most relaxing and thorough facial I have ever received. I am going on two weeks after and my skin has never looked better. In addition, she took all necessary precautions, since I am currently breast-feeding, without me even asking. She is the best in town!

I had my first visit with Rachel last week and my skin feels great! I've had facials in the past at other salons or spas but, never noticed a huge difference. Being I'm in my mid 40's I want to keep my skin looking good. After reading the reviews on line for Brick City, I decided to book an appointment. Needless, to say it was worth the wait for an appointment because, after a week my skin still feels/looks better! I went back after several days and purchased a few products that she recommended after researching them. I'm looking forward to seeing how the products help improve my skin along with seeing Rachel on a bi-monthly basis. Highly recommend!!

Rachel is amazing! Both my husband and I had facials done. She does such a great job at customizing to each individual. I’ve tried everything at combating my dry skin. I’m so amazed by the results of just one visit. I will definitely be planning more visits with her in the future. For the first time in a long time, my skin feels amazing.
