Once again the corporate team takes away the wacky weekends. Some simple math for corporate. You lost $5.50 from my session. I aways do the wacky weekends upgrade. You just lost $1100.00 from this one customer for 2025.🤑

Love Cal Sun, however the kid that was there tonight 2/13 did put me in the queue and would have to stay another 20 minutes for the person to be done. I said I’m leaving, I’m not waiting.

This has never been an issue anywhere I’ve been to.

I love all the different spa options and the staff are always friendly. I don’t like that the staff try and sell me products every time I go in to relax. Sometimes it feels too pushy and can be a deterrent from going back the next day. It is also frustrating that I have “all access” but if I want to use the new red light therapy bed they want me to pay extra. That seems wrong since per my contract I can use any service.

These 13 year old girls need to be retrained. I love how they tell me "well you haven't been here in a while so I would recommend the 50$ bed"
SOOOO obviously you guys have very big heads here and this is NOT the only place to go tanning. I often switch it up and go to other tanning salons as well.... Please dont act as if you have my whole "tanning profile" on file
how about asking me- when is the last time you tanned. The bed wasn't even ready went I went into the room either I had to come back out and ask the girl TO TURN IT ON after I had already undresses. Terrible experience

Won't be returning here or to another California sun ever. Go elsewhere and spend your money.

I have been going to the Lincoln Cal Sun for a little over a year. I have a very nice tan and I have enjoyed all the spa services. The girls in the store work very hard and I have come to find that there is a bond between each one. It brings me joy to see the smiles as I walk into the store. Only a couple suggestions if I had to make them. I would open the store earlier than 10am. It would be easier for my schedule with work and kids if there was a better time to come in. I bet the store would make more money. By 10am, we are all waiting and the time it takes to get all the services completed, it’s lunch time and I don’t have that kind of time to wait so I don’t go as frequently. Also, there seems to be a high turnover and the company doesn’t seem to invest in their employees. This is really frustrating for me. With how expensive the memberships are, the company should take better care of their employees. Please consider this. These are good girls in there!

I haven’t been tanning since 2018 I went into the salon for a simple spray tan but was blown away by all the services offered by the salon. Celine went above and beyond to tell me about services that would benefit me, she was very patient and knowledgeable with all my questions. So impressed I decided to give the all access pass a try. Juliet the store manager ensured my account was squared away and then walked me back to the tanning area and explained the equipment. My first session went perfect, I look and feel great!

This was the 2nd time I’ve tried the newer spray tan machine. I’ve renewed my membership every spring/summer.. based on the first use in January , just after the new machines were placed, I did not renew this year… gave it another shot yesterday and same experience… I had to use my own self tanner at home. I do use the clear spray.. and sales gals did a great job of trying to upsell the add ons for the spray tan.. such as “double coat” How about just working the first coat? You can tell you’re barely getting any spray while in the machine… very disappointing.

Love all they offer, the downside is the steep pricing. Wish you could build your own package for the services you actually want/would use.
