The ambiance was great. Everything was lovely and clean. However, the Swedish massage was rather rough, which ended up hurting my neck. It wasn’t the pressure that was rough but rather the strokes. Going to the chiropractor to fix the compression that I have felt since in my neck.

Charles at the salon is amazing - Best men haircut and service I’ve had. He understood which haircut I wanted to get and we worked together for a couple of weeks toward it - Absolutely amazing !
Spa is always clean, very well attended and staff friendly. Get the cranberry mimosa during your service!

I gifted my grandma a spa treatment for Christmas, and the entire booking process was incredibly simple. I also appreciated having the option to offer some suggestions for her spa day. Today, she experienced the Rider's Retreat and told me she absolutely loved it! Her technicians, Meagan and Elisa, provided outstanding service. I am highly disappointed in this resort spa. I expected luxury and received a high price ticket for average service. I went in for a nail appointment for gel dip. The atmosphere was decent but nothing that stood out or made the experience worth $100 for gel. I’ve been to many resort spas and I expect WEC to step up their amenities if they want this to be a destination resort. Most resorts have steam rooms, saunas, pools, gravity chairs, etc.

My experience at the Calluna Spa was AMAZING! Elisa was my massage therapist and she went above and beyond all of my expectations. The facility was super clean and gorgeous and every single staff member was friendly and extremely professional. I can’t wait to go back again!

I recently got a treatment at this spa and the experience was outstanding. I’d like to give an extra highlight to Aydan and Ivan the amazing receptionists who greeted me and booked my treatment. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They also went above and beyond to make sure I had an exceptional experience, which I did. I highly recommend and hopefully you get to meet Aydan and/or Ivan!

Came here for vacation to see the Grand Prix. The staff is very nice. I got a massage which was very relaxing. My mother got her lashes done and had a facial and she was very pleased with the service. Overall will return again in the future.

My daughters and I celebrated birthdays with a fun weekend at The Equestrian Center. Part of the fun was massages at the spa. My masseuse Drew is someone I definitely look forward to seeing again. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend!
