This is an amazing store! Yolondo is fantastic, she really knows her stuff. The salt cave is incredible and peaceful, highly recommend at least 20 minutes. The store is super cool, a lot of natural beauty secrets here and an amazing relaxing experience.

The salt cave is incredibly peaceful, and I often fall asleep in the large rooms. When I’m not feeling my best and don’t have much time, the knockout tents are perfect—they leave me feeling like I can breathe easier after each session.

I’ve bought some products, including salt packs that I keep in the freezer. I use them on my arthritis knee, and the combination of cold and salt works wonders.

I also have one of her salt necklaces, which I wear close to my heart when processing strong emotions. It helps me sleep better, and a friend even noticed that my snoring decreased when I wore it and took a nap at their house.

The massage service is exceptional! I had a session when my foot was locked up and painful. After the massage, I was able to walk pain-free because it had loosened up.

The environment is always serene, featuring a waterfall and various nature-themed decorations. One of my favorites is the door that looks like Bilbo’s door from The Hobbit.

Yolondo is always kind and accommodating, even in stressful situations. She gives everyone her full attention and offers encouraging words and compliments. She skillfully combines her outstanding character with her business, ensuring that everyone leaves feeling better, even if they don’t make a purchase. I highly recommend at least stopping by!

One of my new favorite places in Redding! I finally went to the salt rooms yesterday. The owner kindly greeted us and had us start relaxing with our feet on some warm salt globes. We filled out our forms as she went over some fascinating details about halotherapy. Then we got to see the rooms and get salty - it was just wonderful! 45 minutes of laying in all that salt...breathing in it, covering myself in it, relaxing in it. Afterwards, I spent a good amount of time in the lobby checking out all the neat items available, and getting to hear details about the different products. The salt lamps were on sale, so I now have a new, large salt lamp and some statement stones, along with the little gift she gave each of us. Great overall experience. I am looking forward to going multiple times a month and getting to see the benefits of halotherapy!

The Salt Caves is such an amazing experience! It is so relaxing and peaceful to rest in the room while you have salt therapy for your body. I love to lay down and get my neck in the salt to help reduce inflammation. I highly recommend. My kids love it too!!

I drove 2 1/2 hours one way from Sacramento to try this place and I cannot say enough about this amazing place of healing! The benefits of halotherapy are so plentiful, I left with more ailments resolved than what I came for! I did the knockout tent and was immediately hooked on salt therapy! I was on the end of a sinus infection and my headache, sinus pressure, congestion, etc. ALL went away! But the salt rooms are not just for illness, they are also great for detox and inflammation. Unrelated lower back pain I had went away immediately in the knockout tent after weeks of chiropractor visits and when I got home my hair was super soft for days later! I didn’t even talk about the owner yet who is super welcoming and knowledgeable about the service she is providing. Most importantly, she is so kind. There are salt rooms in Sacramento but I will absolutely make time to take trips to Redding and come here. There are also goodies you can buy while you are here. I got a Genesis Stone you can read about its properties on their website but the only time I take it off is to shower. I am so happy I found this place and hope everyone can try the awesome treatments here at least once!
