I love this place so much!! It’s so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing! The staff was very kind and professional. My lash tech was Senna and she’s done every set I could think of on me , including wet, wispy, classic, hybrid, volume, etc , and today she did my first lash lift and tint! Her work is so seamless and she’s very patient. She gave me a relaxing scalp massage and offered me a hot cup of coffee after our appointment!! My experiences with her are always great and I feel so beautiful and special. I definitely recommend this salon and senna for your lash and beauty needs <3

I’m so proud of one of my longest friends and all the accomplishments she’s made. Seeing her work at this for her future has made me so proud. Katie Cross is so good at what she does! I’d never had a lash lift before but she made me love it <3!! RUN don’t walk to Chaise Beauty for an amazing experience with all things lashes and brows! & book with my sweet & talented friend, Katie!! You won’t regret it!!

I can't rave enough about Chaise Beauty! Issy has done my eyebrows twice now—I'm loving how my lamination looks even after 3 weeks and I work out 3-5x a week. She explained the process to me and was very kind answering all my questions. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment with her!

I absolutely LOVED my experience here!! I got a lash tint and lift with Katie and she was so kind and made my experience amazing. I loved the warming bed too, very relaxing. I felt so beautiful after and will definitely be coming back for another!! The whole salon is so sweet and loved it!

I absolutely LOVED my experience here at Chaise Beauty Lounge !! I got lash extensions with Issy, she was so kind! I definitely will be coming back for another set! Everyone in the salon was super sweet!

I got my eyelashed dyed here and unfortunately it was the worst expereince I have had thus far and I have mine done countless times.

The girl really tried her best, but took an entire hour to complete the dying which is quoted to be about 30 minutes. The worst part was she CUT my eyelashes WITHOUT ASKING ME. This was very frustrating and is the reason I will not be returning. Besides all of that the store was clean and the workers were nice, but I think there may need to be some more training for various people.

Overall, this place is not bad I believe I just had a bad experience.

REPLY: Yes, I did tip that much because honeslty I felt bad for the esthetician and I knew she was trying her best. The photos would be helpful because I could feel her cutting my lashes. I will be reaching out. Thanks.

I went to Chaise Beauty today to get my eyelashes lifted and tinted by Kat! She did a fantastic job and I loved the way they turned out! The establishment was very clean, cozy, and relaxing! I would highly recommend to a friend!
