Gave a 3 only for cleanliness and niceness. However… made an appt and had to wait about 10-15 minutes past the time. Both times I’ve been they were in such a rush on the pedicure she didn’t massage my legs and just rubbed the lotion in. Didn’t let the paraffin wax settle long enough. I had planned to have my manicure here but left and went elsewhere. Felt they are also up charging what the service really is that’s posted.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! My fiancé just got her toes painted and acrylic nails done 12/20/2024. My fiancé told the nail tech that our wedding is in 10 days so she is trying to get her nails done. First off their employee (Henry) left halfway through her nails to go pickup his kid (which isn’t an issue) but she was there from 11:30am until 2:40pm. Then they cut two of her fingers and made them bleed, they did a horrible job on her nails in general, and then on top of that they over charged her and then refused to refund anything after we expressed that we are not happy with their services. We will not be going back and if I could leave zero stars I would. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend. go somewhere else!

Will not be going back. I went to get my nails done for my wedding. I got a nude color. I wanted gel all natural finger nails and matching toe nails. My toes went way better. But once I sat at the table to get my hands done, I noticed so many things. I noticed the table had not been wiped down, the brush he was using was dirty, the oil had a grit to it. The nail file he used had been used by MANY people before me. The buffer had been used as well. I also got nipped two different times and he did nothing to stop the bleeding and just used the brush to wipe the blood away. I went in the salon with my fiencè and for gel polish on natural nails for me and him the very basics it was $171….. that’s ridiculous.

Great experience! Today was my first time in - I had made an appointment via phone. Tommy was right on time - 15 minutes early actually. I got the dip powder manicure. He took his time, but wasn't too slow. I loved how they turned out! I'll definitely be back for a fill! Thanks for your fabulous service, Tommy!

UPDATE :

I've now have 4 fills and I have been so happy with them every time! Finally tried a new color today. Love them!!

The first guy that did the pedicure acted as if he had never done one before. When he polished nails he had polish all over foot. When we switched to manicure, the new guy had just done my daughters gel polish I had to question if he had just done a regular manicure it was so thin. He started on my nail cuticles and he had cut me so deep I had blood continuing to pour out of several. He looked at it poured alcohol on it, which obviously stung and asked if he could glue skin back together. I told him I was done. Go to pay and he was going to charge me full price for gel manicure. Do not waste your money or your health here.

Staying nearby on vacation and came to get my SNS dip nails removed and replaced. The older man done mine and he literally cut up my pinky to the point of bleeding and multiple fingers are super sore from now rough he was. Then to top it off he got the dip stuck on my actual finger / cuticles the glitter fingers has rough glitter edges and already has chunks of polish ready to peel from the edges all around them. Painful and worst looking job ever, they were aware of the issues and that I was unhappy with the job and didn’t phase them at all still charged me full price without remorse! Do not get dip by these people at all!! 0 stars 👎

I wish I could give 0 stars - I came here because my dip powder had come off two of my nails and I needed it fixed asap. The man did a great job on my toes, but did a horrible job on my nails. The acrylic was uneven and thick, and then he cut me to hell and back on literally every finger. My boyfriend and I will be leaving on a trip this weekend and I wanted my nails to look nice. Fortunately the woman there fixed the acrylic, but obviously can’t fix the scabs and cuts that are now on my fingers. My boyfriend has been dropping hints of proposing on this trip - it was literally the one time I really needed my nails to look nice and they completely dropped the ball.
