Buenas noches quiero hacer un reclamo, me descontaron $50 por una transferencia a su cuenta por consumo, cuándo en ningún momento he pedido nada, ningún producto o servicio, aparte me encuentro en Ecuador, quisiera tener una respuesta a mi problema.

Everybody seems really nice and helpful but I was 20 minutes late to a appt and they made me reschedule. So don't be late. Also I got my mammogram here and they try to make you as comfortable as they can and I barely had to wait.

Today I arrived at 10:20 for my 10:30 appointment for a mammogram. The line was about 6 people long and 2 people working the sign in station. It moved very quickly and I had my paperwork to fill out and checked in. Filled out paperwork and within 10 minutes I was back in the mammogram room. I met the technologist Nikki
And she was very delightful, and made me feel very comfortable in the situation. She was amazing explaining everything and how she was going to take the pictures. I would recommend Nikki she was amazing and very nice.

Today I had a CT Scan done & Nikki was my tech. She was extremely professional, kind, understanding & patient. Her knowledge of my procedure made me feel comfortable & that I would be taken care of well. I have been to this facility several times & Nikki is by far my favorite tech!!! She is a huge asset to this facility.

I just wanted to say, I've had a lot of mammograms in the past , today here at Citrus Diagnostics I got the pleasure of having Cindy do mine , she was quick and most importantly kind, and careful with me ,she was gentle and calm in caring for me as we moved through the process. Thank you so much ,it means a lot to me , I don't like doing mammograms but you Cindy made it a breeze. Also I heard it was your Birthday today...Happy Birthday. _Holly Reynolds

While I have no issue with the tech people who completed my CT scan, why would they bill me now, Jan/28/25 when the scan was done on 03/24? I thought I already paid this bill via the Internet and my credit card. Now I'm getting billed? I feel a little ripped off.

Edit: The same day I posted this, Citrus Diagnostic did phone me. They said they sent the bill so late because they have been arguing with my insurance company, trying to get them to pay more. I suggested that Citrus Diagnostic should let the patient know when it is taking THAT long. They young woman was very sweet about it.

UPDATE: My doctor sent them the fourth (!!!) order last week and still NOTHING! I asked my clinic to get an authorization for another place on Monday afternoon, and on Tuesday morning I got a call from them and just came back from the MRI! It took less than 3 days! Please use a different place!
***My doctor sent orders for my MRI 3 times, and they say I'm not in the system! What a mess! Their phone is NOT WORKING during business hours, and it's impossible to talk to someone. I haven't even been there yet bc of their poor customer service, but clearly this is such a bad business, irresponsible and disrespectful.

Hello, I'm Hha and I accompanied my patient to a CT scan appointment today. The appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am. We arrived at 9:40 am, and incredibly, they didn't see him until 11:20 am. My patient very kindly asked the staff how much longer should he wait? To my surprise, that lady answered him with a very bad attitude. Citrus Diagnostic Center, please look at your attitude before the patients are older people, they are not animals. And to the Citrus Diagnostic Center staff, if you don't like your job, quit, but remember that you work with people. With these words, I don't want to generalize all the staff.
