I've been a patron for 7+ years. The entire time the previous threader was there it was consistent service. She would wipe the area with alcohol, thread then apply aloe Vera gel. Eyebrows would be $8. Once the newer lady started working there the price went to $10 & all the basics are out the window. I went 3 weeks ago the price jumped to $13. Today is $15. She does a good job with the threading but my eyebrows are on fire and the surrounding areas are inflamed. They tremendously more red than the photo captures.

I had been a customer of this place (Classic Threading Salon in Sam's Club Plaza) for 14 years straight. I came here every 2-3 weeks for 14 years continuously. Rose was my first favorite employee, then she left and the girl with the baby boy was my next favorite. They both took care of me superbly! The second girl knew that I was disabled, and never gave me any problems with the fact that I can't raise my arms up or pull my eyelids closed.

There was a middle eastern girl (I don't remember her name) that tried to help me a few times. She was absolutely horrendous. I tried to explain to her about my disability. She didn't understand a single word I said because of the language barrier. I tried to be polite as possible to her. She PURPOSEFULLY threaded deep into my hair line. You couldn't see it at first because she cut/trimmed my hair to cover over it. She did it as a means of revenge on me. She should NEVER be allowed to work on ANYBODY else's eyebrows. She's vindictive, exhausting, and cruel. When I asked to speak to a manager about it, she pointed to the front window of the building. She wanted me to call and leave a voicemail for the manager. I repeatedly asked for a manager. She's starts yelling at me in front of another customer at the store. Finally that customer asked her to PLEASE GET ME TO A MANAGER. Then she obliged, and made a call to Miriam from her cell phone. This situation was SOOO poorly handled by this employee. My hair will now take YEARS to grow out. This incident happened in the beginning of January 2024, and my hair has barely grown out a few inches. It makes me look like Einstein with all these scraggly hairs everywhere. It itches my face constantly. I can't tuck my hair back because of my disability. It'll literally hinder me for 2 years.

I permanently have taken my business elsewhere. I will never step foot into this establishment again. The owner Miriam tried to rectify the situation. She gave me some free credits and a $25 gift card. But for me, it's not about the money. That employee is a deeply disturbed woman that should NOT be allowed to work ANYWHERE near another client. It's a shame they lost me as a customer. I VERY SELDOM complain. I typically tip 65% to the good employees. All the employees knew me in that location. I'm a very good customer.

The employee that works there does not wear a mask!! She requires her clients to wear one but she does not!! I did not have a mask and because of this I could not be in her salon. Pretty hypocritical to me I think. If you are going to require your clients to wear a mask you should also wear one. If you’re using your mouth to thread, maybe you shouldn’t be threading, find another way to do it or close your doors.

I am disappointed with the eyebrow service I received at your salon!! I had been looking forward to getting my eyebrows done for weeks, and I was very disappointed with the results.

The technician did not seem to be very experienced, and she did not take the time to listen to my preferences. She over-threaded my eyebrows, and they are now uneven and patchy. I also feel that she was very rough with my skin, and I have some redness and irritation.

I am very unhappy with the results of the eyebrow service, and I would not recommend your salon to anyone. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and make some changes to your service! Additionally, the place looks horrible with high priced services.

I’m Iranian and I’ve been looking everywhere for an eyebrow threading place with a beautiful middle eastern tech and I found her ! She’s so nice and knows exactly how to shape and clean my really thick eyebrows . Thankyou so much !

I am sadly disappointed, my sister went to have her eyelashes done with Rose. She sent me a picture, they were awful. She sent me pictures of what she tried to taking off within an hour of leaving the shop. I live in a small town on the AZ/NV border, my experience here was awesome. Her son's wedding in a week from Saturday., it was a horrible experience for her. They were done by Rose. I am trying to help her and find a place she can have them done PROFESSIONALLY. We plan to make complaints to the cosmetology board as well ad the better business bureau. We though this was a reputable, professionally salon that would be able to do an awesome job. They looked like she went to Walgreens bought false eyelashes and glued them on herself. Then after several calls, you get a mailbox that is full and cannot take calls or messages. What a disaster for her.

Absolutely incredible. Would recommend to everyone! This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded, and it was a wonderful experience. I came in a half hour after opening, so I was the only one there. Rose, an Iranian eyebrow goddess, came and took care of me. She was so sweet and nice, she reassured me. She even gave me some tips for filling in eyebrows. If you're a veteran threader or a newcomer like me, I would recommend this place for its warmth and friendliness and exceptional skill.
