I’ve never left a bad review in my life but… Not a good nail shop at all if you want anything more than completely basic nails. This is the 3rd time I’ve come here and left with something different than what I’ve asked for. I asked for the French nails pictured below. She did my left hand and i asked for it thinner. For some reason it seemed to annoy her that i said that. So for my left hand she did a completely different and careless technique leaving the right hand French tips wonky and and some thicker than the left. She didn’t even compare them when finished. Showed my boyfriend and he laughed. So now I’m embarrassed of my right hand. Then when i ask the front desk guy (who is rude every single time I’ve gone over the years) for change so i can tip, he basically rolls his eyes at me. It’s clearly not even worth it to complain to them. Just don’t even go.

Everyone was nice however I was dissapointed in the service. I went in for a fill asked for my nails to be a bit shorter she did but I need a tad bit more she then cut them all the way down close to my finger. I expressed nicely that I did not want them that short and that is the shortest I have ever had my nails and was obviously not happy. I didnt make a huge scene because there was a lady next to me getting her nails done and I felt uncomfortable (that was a bit uncomfortable you share the station with someone else) She laughed it off and said they will grow haha. Yes they will but I have never ever had my nails this short and I am pretty upset. I paid 35 dollars for my nails and did not get the service I expected. So I will think very hard and long before I ever go back. Only reason I went here was because my nail lady was out of town for 2 weeks.

First time got with lady with inexperience I was getting French gel nail but it took so much time that my friend who was getting acrylic nail was waiting for me and she was kept fixing my nail and telling me she can’t stay long that she need to pick up her kid it felt she was gaslighting since I was student .. it end up looking really bad but I just understood lady had inexperienced
Later I came back this salon because honestly it’s closer and I really didn’t have option from my schedule. I asked the guy at the counter if they can do blush nail and the answer was he never seen this design before and non of the salon will do it like he was giving me negative feedback if you guys can’t do it’s technical skill issue that you guys can’t blame customers 🙁 later when I went nail salon own by Japanese they have their actual certification and skills were all over average level and when I told the lady about blush nail she said it’s so easy that she can’t believe how they can’t do it when it’s basic level.. Literally I wouldn’t go this place unless I have no time and only for basic gel nail .

The prices are good but the gel polish doesn't stay on as long as from other places. Last time I was there I got a pedicure and when the lady was massaging my foot my toe ring came off I didn't notice until I got home when I called and asked for it I said they didn't have it

So today wanted to try something different I normally go to another Nail salon but I was told that this place was much better, so I came for myself to check it out, not bad at all.

All the staff was very knowledgeable and very kind. I got the full spa treatment feet and hands, boy it felt great. Everything here is very clean and in working condition.

Come and check this place out I promise you will enjoy it.
