The place is beautiful, smells amazing… But, the attention was not the best. We got there and they just asked to sit for 10 minutes.

They made us fill up a form, which’s great, but at the time of the service, we got Debora and Carolina. Debora was great, my boyfriend liked it, but Carolina took 10 minutes or more just touching my head extremely gentle, not doing massages, just kind of surrounding my head with the hands and same with my back … I had to ask her to please start the massage since the time was passing and I was just wondering why she was just barely touching my head.

I understand that all people don’t work in the same way, but one hour of massage it always ends up in a 45 min massage, which again is fine, as far as is a massage, but I felt like she took more time trying some “energy massage” that I did not like and we ended up finishing without her doing massage in my whole body, I guess cause of the time.

My boyfriend got the massage in all his body, since the beginning, and I’m very happy he got it, but it was disappointed the experience for me.

Carolina was great, sweet and kind, but I guess is better to ask the client if they’re ok with 10 minutes or more of just preparing the energy or whatever they called it, cause at least we got the right to decide …

I got a fantastic pedicure here from Lisa when I was in town for a cruise. I was nervous about finding a good place when travelling, and I'm so glad I found this place. It's been over 3 weeks, and my toes and polish still look great! They use Dazzle Dry polish which is extra long lasting but not bad for your nails like shellac. I try to find salons who do Dazzle Dry wherever I go, but in this case I just lucked out. They also use all sorts of nice smelling scrubs and lotions, and the atmostphere in the spa is peaceful, relaxing, and perfectly fragrant - no noxious chemical smells like in most nail salons. Lisa was friendly and did a great job, and she took extra care to clean up any little stray polish spots so that my toes looked perfect. Highly recommend the spa and Lisa if you can get in there. Really great experience and so happy I found it.

On Monday 2/10/25 I had a facial, lip and eyebrow wax appointment at the Cape Canaveral location. During the facial, the steam was left for a short time and it was not reaching my face. I had to ask to be repositioned. I also did not get any extractions during the facial, which is a very important part of a facial. Before the facial was finished, I got the waxing services: For the lip wax, I only got waxed the corner of my lips and I had to ask to do the whole lip. For the eyebrows, I asked for a clean up and I only got waxed between my eyebrows and for the hairs in my upper eye lids, I got a few hairs taken off with tweezers. I had to ask to get the clean up with the wax since I still had a lot of hairs. I was left with several sections with wax on my face even after the facial and services needed. When I got home and I reviewed my face with proper lighting I noticed both my lips and eyebrows were not waxed correctly and still had most of the hairs. I believe the room where the services were performed did not have adequate lighting to guarantee proper service. And overall I am disappointed with the quality of service received. In the past I had a great facial experience in the Cocoa Beach location.

I come every year for vacation and always book a full body massage. this place is relaxing and very professional.
I had Amy for a 90 min deep tissue.
let me just say it was the best massage I've ever had in my life!
I booked another 90 min 3 days later. She is amazing at pressure points and helped with my lower back pain. Highly recommend her!

This was the best massage experience I have ever had!! I’m not sure how to spell the massage therapists names so I apologize in advance, but Carly and Tarra are incredible. My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage after having experienced the worst couples massage at a different place in Kissimmee. I was almost too scarred to ever get a massage again, but Cocoa Beach Spa completely changed me for the better. Tarra did the best massage I’ve ever had in my life and Carly did the best massage of his. They are professional, caring, and so lovely. The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and beautiful. The music is perfectly calming. They provide complimentary water, coffee, tea, chocolates, and snacks. I left feeling like all my problems melted away and we feel renewed. This is our new go to place and will never go anywhere else. Thank you for the best memorable experience!

This is a tucked away gem, right off the beach! They were very knowledgeable. I usually only trust hospital trained medical massage therapists, but now I know I'm in good hands here too! They were able to help me work through areas I've had tension for years. If you want to really relax here at the beach get a massage, pedicure, manicure, etc. from these wonderful ladies. Feel free to take a friend. They have 3 pedicure chairs all in a nice corner, and couples massages. I'll be back for another massage ASAP!

Carolina has the most incredible energy—just being around her instantly makes you feel sooo calm. Her vibe is relaxing. Her touch is so soothing and you can tell she cares about making you feel your bestest. I always leave feeling sleepy and at peace. Carolina is one of the sweetest people I've met. Her voice is so calming too. She's so kind and sweet!🩷
