It was very difficult to understand and be understood. They asked how to pay, I said card and they stood there waiting for payment. I asked for a machine. They asked if it was my first time, I said yes, and was told there'd be a $3fee. She said payment wasn't going thru but the scanner said out of paper. She then asked for another form of payment. I wasn't comfortable with that and left. I checked my transactions and the payment went thru, I went back and they made a bunch of calls to figure out the issue so they did try to be helpful. Ultimately, they paid me back in cash but it should not have been that difficult. A lot of trouble/stress and still in pain.

I visited this place after my gym workout, and I was pleasantly surprised. The facility was impeccably clean and had a welcoming ambiance. The therapist, a friendly lady, provided an excellent one-hour massage that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be returning for another session in the future.

This place always delivers a great experience. Wife and I have gone for years. The new owner has done some nice upgrades while keeping the quality of the experience top notch.
