During our first session on May 6, 2024, I weighed 173.8 pounds with a BMI of 27.2 and body fat at 37.5%. Fast forward to my last session on October 28, 2024, and I am thrilled to report that I now weigh 156.2 pounds, with a BMI of 23.3 and body fat at 30.4%!
