It was my first cryo experience so that was important to me. The nice lady walked me through each treatment and my options. I tried the full body cryotherapy and the infrared sauna, both of which were rejuvenating experiences. The cryotherapy facial was a highlight—truly refreshing and left my skin glowing. I didn’t want it to end. I even ended up purchasing a few supplements (same brand I see at Lulu…Thorne). Its incredible how much whole body Cryo has helped my joint pain and inflammation, I love the infrared sauna afterward, and am hooked on the Cryo facials. My skin is glowing all the time now! And if you’ve been living in pain like I have for years, it’s not a small victory to be pain free for weeks at a time! I’ll be a member for life at this place. It’s so clean and smells amazing. I have been dealing with shoulder pain for quite some time and decided to try full body cryotherapy at Cryo Wellness Spa and Grace as recommended by my acupuncturist. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I am so glad I gave it a try.

When I arrived at the spa, I was warmly greeted by the staff who made me feel comfortable right away. The facility was clean and modern, which helped put me at ease.
