Shawn did a super awesome job not only with my cut but with the highlights as well. I've been coming here for 3 years now and no matter which stylist I have gotten they've always done an awesome job.

Was in Hampton Cove 2 days ago. Had to wait 2 more days for an appointment with Shawn. Shawn was too busy to meet his 3pm appointment made 2 days ago. We live 35 minutes away. The woman who cut my son's hair said he was in good hands. That's not the point. We drove 35 minutes and waited 2 days for Shawn not some random hairdresser (we could have done that on Thursday when we were in town).

I had a GREAT experience here today getting my haircut “fixed” (I had gone to a cheap haircut spot and didn’t have the best experience so we looked up nearby salons and found Cuts by Us) and we walked in and explained what I was looking for and Kara immediately understood what I wanted corrected and she salvaged my botched haircut in about 10 minutes and was wonderful! My wife and boys will definitely start coming here too after this experience. 10/10 would recommend! ?✂️?

Ruby and her team are always a great experience. I've gotten a haircut I wasn't pleased with and I just spoke up and Ruby fixed it for me no questions. They truly are awesome. I bring my three boys here too, my middle son has autism. They are understanding and patient. I love coming here.

Today was an awesome day having my hair done- the person who likes to cause problems- Ruby was not there- which made my day- she likes to run to the front when someone comes in the door even though someone is already there and is more than happy to help them and she is working on a client- she seems to enjoy name calling and being overly loud-

Ruby was great, as always. Thank you Ruby for being so sweet to my mom - she has Alzheimer's. ALWAYS get a great cut with Ruby or Shaun.

Always had great service with Cassie and others for my daughter. Appointment on Saturday was a disaster with Le Arther. My daughter asked for a fun updo for the prom. His updo was for an older women. He charged us $90! When we arrived home she shook her head barely and the entire style fell. Returned to take it down and Le Arthur insisted to just spray it in place. He was rude. I had him take it down. Her hair was dirty as he did want a wash before he styled and he wanted to work with her hair that was obviously needing a wash and she has oily hair. We had to use dry shampoo on her hair and restyle at home as there was no time to wash hair and style again. $90 at a high end shop… not by a stylist at Cuts by Us …they never charged us that much. We have paid that much for highlights , cut, and style. Super disappointed in the service of this stylist. FYI The ladies have always done a fabulous job in blowouts , style, and highlights.
