Nice clean, and comfortable environment
Amanda my stylist is great with the shampoo conditioner and styling and hair needs.
I feel great, my hair is growing and I look nice when I leave.
I really enjoy Amanda washing my hair. My scalp get a great massage. I wish I could go everyday just to get scalp massage It surely feels good, people's.
Cutting Loose has other ladies there, who I see whom are good @ what they do... men and women hair of all textures. Located on Highland Ave across from Shell Station. And next door to Papa John's Pizza. APPOINTMENTS TAKEN BUT WALKIN ARE WELCOME

I went to have my hair cut. I showed Amanda a video. It did not work. I can back a week later to have my hair shaped up by Kaylee. But I have blond hair & I wanted chunky med brown low lights. But the low lights were so light it could barely be seen. Then I went back again to get a darker light brown low lights. Even the manager agreed I wanted chunky med brown low lights. OMGNESS I now have dark dark brown hair. Ultimately the worst experience at a hair salon. Ever. The manager had the nerve to tell me I had not been nice to them. WHAT. Kaylee left the brown dye all over my face. I can’t get it off. I look like a zombie with dark dark brown hair. I don’t know what happened. They were nice people but when I asked for something I got some thing else even though they agreed they totally understood what I was saying right I wanted. I showed pictures and pictures and pictures and videos to tell them what I wanted to show them what I wanted. And now I walked in there as a blonde/gray hair, and I walked out with a dark dark, brown/black head of hair. It’s awful but about it. I wasted over $100 on this haircolor. I even paid her yesterday when I walked out with black hair because I didn’t want her to think I was trying to get away with some thing and not pay for it. I question what I did to make them do this to me.

The price was good and Kaylee was phenomenal in hair washing. She is courteous, soft spoken and just pleasure to interact with. I recommend her for your hair care needs. I already have a schedule wash coming up again. GOD BLESS ?

I went to get my ends trimmed since I was recommended by two people. I had Taylor and she was very nice and did a very good job trimming my ends however I don't think she was too comfortable with my hair since it's really thick. Would be even more awesome if they had someone more trained on styling ethnic hair. Overall I liked my experience.

The hairdresser that cut my husband's hair, was only too happy to take him. He did not have an appointment. We were very grateful. She did a great job and had a wonderful attitude. Thank you.

I have very difficult hair to cut and if not cut good you can see every single cut. Jenny Brown is the best I e had around here. I'd highly recommend her every single time. Thanks Jenny for going above and beyond.
