I've been asked to come back for one prescription 5 times already for the last two weeks and I still don't have my meds. The frustrating part is they don't even give any explanation why it is still not available other than they are preparing it. I already asked my doctor to follow up and my doctor said they called them and it should be ready for me. I went there again today and told me to wait 30 minutes and they'll prepare it. Its been 2 hours now and it still not ready and you have to queue in line everytime you want to ask or followup. I called the CVS hotline and customer service and they said that they will definitely file a complaint about this store. This is the most ridiculous experience I've had with this store. I hope its not happening to others. There's no sense of professionalism in that store. They just look at you and shout what you need and asked your info and then will say just say come back again. CVS should check this store and re-train everyone or just fire all employees there if they want to survive in this business. All other reviews here says it all. I will avoid this store.

Just wanted to leave a review to refute and maybe explain what I'm seeing in a lot of reviews about the pharmacy in the back.

I've never had bad service or trouble with a prescription, not once. As long as you call ahead or sign up for text alerts, or check that your prescription is filled ahead of picking it up, it will be ready.

If you show up without doing any of that, they're likely going to be busy filling prescriptions for other people.

They have an order to how they fill out prescriptions, when you show up early or without leaving time for them to fill out your prescription, they're going to take a while to get to yours.

I do get the frustration about wait times though, but this is pretty much an industry-wide problem that can probably only be solved by legislation, since executives have universally cut positions to the bone so they're perpetually short-staffed and burned out.

But again, any delays or problems with service from what I can tell are from the top leadership of the pharmacies, and from unreasonable customers, not the employees themselves who seem to be working their butts off every time I've gone in.

The pharmacist is the meanest, weirdest little psycho I’ve ever encountered. Multiple occasions over the last couple years she’s just mean and aggressive. Today takes the cake though, my doctor called in a script for Paxlovid and she tells me I can’t come pick it up, I have to send someone else because I have covid and she doesn’t want to be exposed…from behind my mask…and the plexiglass barriers they have up and behind her little counter she hides behind until she comes out to yell at someone. Well. I have no one to pick up my medications so I wore my mask and with very clean hands I walked in and asked for my “sister’s” prescriptions. I paid and left. Imagine having the audacity to use a person’s medical diagnosis to deny them access to the medication prescribed for said medical condition. That opens the door to “oh you can’t pick up your anti-psychotics because your diagnosis of schizophrenia makes you dangerous”…letter to corporate already written. As of today, transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy so as not to deal with this weird little lunatic anymore. My condolences to her staff.

There's something desperately wrong with this pharmacy and many of the pharmacists they hire. I was told by the main pharmacist, Gince, that I could go somewhere else to get my prescriptions filled and hung up on me. This, after a week of trying to get a prescription filled via walk in and phone calls. They don't answer. I only got through b/c I pressed the option for physicians.

So, after 15+ years, I'll be taking my business to Kelly at WalMart, where I've always had great interactions, customer service, and they know me - this for occasionally picking up my mother's prescriptions over the years. (She's a former CVS pharmacy customer). It's also where I've had to go for my booster shot and testing b/c CVS on Reservation doesn't seem to be able to get it together to provide those services. Sadly (or deservedly for some of the pharmacy staff), I imagine we'll see them close down along with the other CVS closures.

The 2nd star is for service I've received when they had consistently good pharmacy staff (@2006-2015).

If I could give the pharmacist herself a zero I would honestly it isn’t the first time. I get your suppose to do your job but at the end of the day what my doctor prescribes me is between me and my doctor not for you to broadcast it to the world and also make me feel a certain way yes your correct your a pharmacist again not a doctor so you have to answer you questioner not tell me anything else and it seems to me the reviews says it all for it self the lack of respect I have for there work ethic is a low then what it was before honestly very disappointing. They for sure don’t even deserve the 1 star that I did leave.
