My grandpa came to this amazing place and just finished his stay here. And I'm so impressed with the work the activities teams do there. They organize a lot of fun and engaging events that keep the residents active and social. For example, bingo games, and arts and crafts sessions.
I think the activities teams do a great job of making the residents feel like they're still part of the community. They help them to stay connected to their friends and family, and they provide them with opportunities to learn new things and have fun. I'm so grateful to the activities teams for all they do for my grandpa. This place deserves a 5 star and i recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a good experience and no inconveniences!

I have to place my relative at the Dade City Health and Rehab from day 1 Joni Yates has held our hands through this rough process. No facility is perfect but having a person that makes you feel that you can work together as a team to ensure our relative safety care and health is our main concern. Joni that person in this facility that I can ask questions express my concerns and though it’s not her responsibility she takes the time to refer us to the proper course of action. I’m happy with the fact that she the front lines of the administration she definitely goes above and beyond to assure the residents in Dade City Health and Rehab are provided with the best care.

My grandma recently completed a stay at this beautiful wonderful place and I couldn't be happier with the care she received. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure my grandma felt comfortable and cared for. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
The therapists were truly exceptional. They worked tirelessly to help my grandma regain her strength and mobility, and they were always positive and encouraging. I was amazed at how much progress she made in such a short time.
I'm so grateful for everyone help and this lovely place . They gave my grandma a second chance at life, and for that, I will be forever grateful.

My loved one needed placement and Joni in the admissions dept was the absolute Angel! She made everything so clear and easy. She went above and beyond for our family. I was shocked after touring several other facilities I didn't think people like her still existed. My family and I finally feel comfortable with our discussion.Having to place our loved one anywhere has been one of the most stressful things we've had to do but she truly put us at ease and we're forever greatful at how she took the time to get us through the process! Rehab staff, 5 stars. After 1 week found brother unchanged overnight several times. Left unattended. Nurse button tied to bed rail out of reach. Breathing treatment not administered. Request for doctor to increase pain med. Ignored. Requested on Wed. and nothing submitted as of Saturday. Duty RN young 26 year old has no business being in charge. Requested after finding brother in terrible state Sat. Morning that she check temp/ sugar/ BP/ HEART RATE/ AFIB immediately to insure his safety. She refused asked me to leave the building or she was going to call the police because I was causing a disturbance. Accused me of yelling, an out right lie. There should be an investigation on her incompetence as an RN. CNA quick to clean up brother, but obviously left unattended overnight. Verified by man in next bed. All backed up by VIDEO. Also, RN needs to be educated on AHEPA. It is not illegal to video incompetence concerning Healthcare and Saftey of loved ones. Threatening to call police for a fabricated incident trying to cover up incompetence is wrong. RN dropped the ball and tries to push it off on me. Submitted by me.
