I arrived to my appointment on time and the lady Cindy gave me attitude from the very beginning. I had pictures to show of the color I was going for she bluntly said she didn’t have it and to do white. I understand not having the exact color but she didn’t offer help or suggest anything similar. No guidance. She proceeded working on my hands rudely and insisted I just do white nails. I ended up doing white. As a mom of two little ones I went to feel pampered and ended up having the worst experience. Negative energy and attitude. Didn’t feel seen or like she wanted to help at all. I felt uncomfortable and wanted to walk out but I stayed. She quickly finished and the quality was bad nothing like the picture I had shown. Really bad customer service and lack of effort.

Although staff was nice .... they don't use clean utensils. The toe seperator was re used. The lady next to me had fungi on her nails, i noticed as i got off my chair and was leaving! I was very disgusted to say the least. People if you have Yellow or green nails, stay home! Go to the podiatrist/dermatolgist some specialist! Disgusted!

First and last time I will go to this nail salon. The guy that prepped my feet, ended up making me bleed because he sliped with the drennal, scraping my toe. There was nothing relaxing about the experience. He was very rough. The lady who did the painting of my nails did good.

Got there at 530 pm and by 540 I was already sitting down getting my new set. I had no appointment. They were super friendly to me and my 6 year old who also got her nails done. The place is super clean and everything looks very well kept. The only thing I would recommend is for them to add more colors and brands to chose from but other than that it’s an amazing nail salon. I will be coming back for sure!

I get nails and pedicures done here regularly. Never had a problem. Cindy does a wonderful job on my acrylics and fills. My nails never break or chip. You do need to make an appointment ahead of time.

I honestly do not recommend this place.. this was my go to place. My friend and I would always go to get our pedicure done and never ever had a problem. The very last time I went the person who did my pedicure gave me the worst experience ever. He kept blaming me for "moving" to much when I hardly moved at all and he kept pulling my feet closer to him and constantly telling me to move more front. I got acrylic on both my big toes.. the next day woke up with both my big toes INFECTED!! I couldn't walk properly because it was hurting so much.. I was so shocked because I never ever had an issue until the last time I went. I had gone to my primary care doctor and he said it's always highly common for this to happen. I'm a little scared now going anywhere to get my pedicure done because of this past experience 🙁

The lady that did my nails....AMAZING. She did a fantastic job and my nails look so good. The gentleman who did my pedicure....uninspired. Plain water...nothing added. Paid extra for callus treatment....nothing put on my very just start cheese grading away. Spent about 2 minutes "massaging" each leg. I was also charged a surcharge for COVID which was not divulged prior to service. I would have paid it no problem, but I should have been given advance notice.
