Dr David is a phenomenal medical Dr and a caring compassionate person who listening skills are refreshingly impeccable. I have trusted my life to him for almost 20 years and have come to care deeply for him. You just can’t help but have the utmost love and respect for such a person. I’m eternally grateful to have found him in a time of great need for a Dr knowledgeable about Lyme disease. He was knowledgeable as well as interested and willing to learn all he could about the disease and all the complicated nuances attached to it. I have recently moved out of the area and possibly moving out of state but will fly walk crawl to see him no matter where I live Dr Dave will be my Dr. Thank you Dr Dave for being you. Dr. Dave is a very smart, knowledgeable, caring, and respectful Doctor who has been practicing family medicine for over 50 years. In his office, he has an Ultrasound machine, a microscope, and some other medical instruments. He can always know what is going on with the patient based on objective & subjective findings and his 50+ years of experiences, and so offer proper advice or options based on the patient’s individualized conditions. Timely best possible referrals have saved many people's lives because he knows very well where to direct the patient to go for their further care and treatment. BTW, your heart won’t break after you get the bill. The charges are extremely reasonable. His staff, Andrea and Monica, are warm-hearted people who love to help people as well.

I know this because I have been in this office for a few years practicing Chinese medicine, providing acupuncture and related services. Just give you a couple of examples: Dr. Dave found my patient’s huge tumor with his ultrasound machine upon her first visit and offered her a timely & best possible referral so my patient got very well taken care of; he spent hours and hours trying to find a super specialist who can really solve another patient’s very difficult problem in his budget; …

Dr. Dave works beyond office hours everyday. He may follow up with patents, making referrals, talking with his colleagues … . Even when the patient himself gives up and becomes hopeless, he doesn’t. He is trying to work out a solution for everyone no matter how difficult the problem is.

I highly recommend Dr. Dave. I sincerely wish he can work until at least 100 years old and can see more patients!!!

I moved to Scotts Valley recently and was concerned with finding the right Dr, especially considering the medication I currently take. I found Dr. Sannes online and made the appointment. From the very beginning I had a good feeling about him and I have to say it was a great experience. I am going through a lot right now and he made me feel very comfortable and confident I had found the right Dr. His front staff are very nice people and make you feel welcome in his office. I have every intention to keep this man as my Dr., and would recommend him to anybody who values a Dr. who seems to truly care.

What i like about Dr. Sannes is that he is connected to the older tradition of medicine beyond the pulp that is fed to most doctors by pharmaceutical companies. Above all, he follows the primary principle of "first do no harm" by questioning an limiting pharmaceutical drugs when they are not necessary. I trust him implicitly about this. From my first appointment with Doctor David back in 1986, I knew he was a great Doctor. He listens to you, I've never had a doctor sit and listen like he did and does. I moved back East in 2006 and had not found another Doctor like him in 12 years of trying one after another.
