What a wonderful experience I had with Haley at the El Dorado DA location! I was nervous about getting a new procedure so I came a little early. Haley was literally waiting for me to greet me as I walked in! I didn’t even have to sit down anxiously in the waiting area because she immediately took me back and asked me all about myself, chatting kindly and making me feel so comfortable. I am from NYC and used to waiting a long time to see a clinician, which I have no problem at all with because good clinicians take their time explaining all the procedures and making their patient feel comfortable. In fact, I teach clinical communication skills at several NYC hospitals and Haley ‘s communication, empathy, patience, vast knowledge, rapport building and normalizing skills were a breath of fresh air. She weighed the pros and cons of each procedure and helped me make the most informed decision. It truly was a patient-led experience and that kind of stellar professionalism takes great care and patience. Then she was gentle, communicative and respectful throughout the injections so that I felt completely comfortable and knew exactly what was happening as it was happening. Haley is funny, vastly knowledgeable and clearly loves her job. And the results!! My lips are so subtle and perfectly aligned and I couldn’t be happier!! The other injections are just now starting to show and I can tell I’m going to love them! I will never go to any other injector now that I’ve been to Haley. If you want professionalism, artistry, a gorgeous office located in a quiet community, a friendly receptionist (Leah was so charming and helpful and tried to make sure I got the best package), and an overall fantastic experience, you should book with Haley at DA in El Dorado Hills. I feel so lucky I found her!!

I am totally in love with everything about this place. Courtney is the first person I spoke too when arriving and she is so sweet. Made my check in and check out experience quick and easy. She is super sweet and attentive. Haley was my injector and I will never leave her side. She is absolutely amazing and made my experience so memorable and comfortable. I was so nervous when I came in and she made me feel so much better. My lips look absolutely amazing. I feel completely confident in my aftercare instructions. I 10/10 recommend coming here and seeing Haley you will not regret.

DA is clean, competitively priced, and staffed with wonderful staff. Haley is fantastic at all aspects of her job. She is attentive, kind, perceptive, and capable of explaining each procedure in a way that is easy to understand. Additionally, she has a gentle touch and her technique is superb.

I cannot express how wonderful my experience was at DA in EDH. My injector Haley explained all the pros and cons and was so genuine and honest with me. I have had Botox before and this experience was above and beyond. Haley is gentle and confident and compassionate. I will definitely be going back!

The best. I am new to Botox and a med spa but they walked me through everything. When I started to get ahead of myself, they said “let’s start slow and see how you feel about”. What a great mentality to have! Sure enough, I love getting familiar with each step and can genuinely say I trust this place and would recommend it.

Let me start off by saying the office is gorgeous. The nurse was wonderful and the entire process was easily and effortlessly. Now the reason for the one star is they are not kid friendly. I brought my daughter with me who is eight years old. I brought her books and let her have my cell phone while I was in the treatment room. The front desk said we don’t allow children here so I said then I guess she will have to wait in the car. The front desk then says well you are early I can go ahead and room you or you can wait in the lobby. Did she really except I’m going to leave my daughter in the car for 45 minutes? As I was 30 minutes early and I assumed the laser treatment on my upper lip wouldn’t take no more than 15 minutes from start to finish. I told her I will stay out here until my appointment time. Then she goes to the back to talk to the nurse and makes a call to her manager. She comes out and says I spoke to the nurse and my manager and she said it’s okay for her to wait in the lobby while I have the treatment due to the laser she will have to wear googles as a one time courtesy. I told her that was the idea which is why I brought her reading books. I was not excepting to bring her in the treatment room based on the fact the text message did state not to bring small children as they won’t be allowed in the treatment area. Keep in mind it was a one time courtesy. Even though they have plenty of chairs and sitting area no one is allowed to wait in the lobby. My daughter is in the 3rd grade she is not in my opinion “small child” that needs to be watched. I told her I understand it’s not your responsibility to watch her that is mine nor was that the expectation. I told her don’t worry I won’t ever bring her again and that is because I am never going to come there again. Long story short if you have any children, they are not allowed in that facility. I’ve been to other Laser. I have been to other places and had laser treatments in the past and it’s never been a problem to bring my daughter.

I have been getting botox/filler/chemical peels/lasers for years from a spa in Folsom but unfortunately they do not do under eye filler, so a quick google search lead me to Destination Aesthetics. I decided to book a consultation and I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and made sure I had already pre-filled all the forms and they had all my information so I wouldn’t hold anything up. The receptionist took me to the room and took all my “before” photos. I thought things were going smoothly and then 15 minutes PAST my appointment time she came into the room to let me know it would be AT LEAST ANOTHER 10 MINUTES. I quickly excused myself because if you’re unprofessional and care so little about my time that you would be at least 25-30 minutes late for an appointment, I don’t want you sticking needles anywhere near my eyes! Can’t say how the finished product would have been, but I know enough to know that this is an incredibly unprofessional establishment and they don't value their clients.

Keena was great - she took the time to thoroughly assess my goals and layout a plan with me. She also answered all of my (many) questions and discussed any concerns about my treatments. I never felt any sales pressure whatsoever, which lets me know I can trust her guidance on future visits.
