Went in for a 60 minute hot stones massage and came out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. The massage therapist Seven was very thorough and kind. I told him exactly where my problem zones were and he gave them a lot of extra care, which I really appreciated. Atmosphere of the place was clean and professional and the receptionist was super chill. I'll definitely be coming back!

I recently walked into this place and purchased one product for $59. I used my card. A few days later, this scam of a business charged my card $150. For what? I don't know!! I was never told anything before hand, they just stole $150 from my card!! I want it put back. I will make a police report for theft of my card! Without my permission, this business did this to me!!

Went in trusting the aesthetician Lori, she said I would benefit from microneedling and would do a PRPF. It’s been 6months, I had open pores and rough texture and the treatment made it even worse- like orange peel skin. Additionally, she did not discuss the pricing, and left soon after the treatment. The reception charged me a whopping $800 dollars. Well, she judged that I could pay and she got all of it out in one go- opportunistic, good business don’t work like this unfortunately.

Starting with my acupuncturist, Jisu is an incredibly friendly and charming person. She explained things so well that I could easily understand my issues and how she planned to address them. I went to her for my shoulder pain and insomnia, and I actually dozed off during the first session. Surprisingly, my shoulder pain improved by 80% after the second session. I highly recommend trying acupuncture with Dr. Lee!

The words that come to mind are unorganized, chaotic, untrained and greedy.

I was in the industry of well being and beauty for over 20 yrs. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, from the phone call scheduling the appointment to the on-site visits. Shame on me, for ever moving forward.
During the call, I was told the consultation was Free. It was not. They charged me $150.
Then during the consultation I was told I was not a candidate for a treatment due to my lack of BMI, and that I would receive another treatment (again, I was told on the phone would be the same day of the non-free consultation). I agreed to the other treatment, they didn’t have it. It had to be ordered and I had to go back another time.
I went in for my treatment and was told I may have nausea for a few days, that I could go in for a shot if needed. They didn’t tell me the shot was $39 and only lasted 4 hours. For the next 7 days, I was projectile vomiting. I emailed to find out what injection I received. It was not what I was told I would receive. It was something completely different.

I requested Rx medication, I was told it would be called in, it never was. I called and left 4 messages and never heard back from anyone.

Then I finally went to get a shot to stop my vomiting, only to learn they charge for it and it last 4 hours.

I own a small business and was unable to work for 4 days. The other time I nibbled on saltines.

While the one owner is very sweet, the entire establishment is just plain underwhelming and overpriced.
So beware. Understand what you’re getting.

It was my first time for Botox here and didn’t know that it was Botox day special going on upon booking my appt. the units of Botox injected by Lorrie was a lot more than what I had gotten previously (only my 2nd time getting Botox ) but the results were not the same and still needed more for touch up. Makes you wonder if product was overly diluted because it was “Botox day special ”. Followed up three weeks later again with the same nurse for a touchup and had a few more units injected; however now I have a slight droop on the right side of my eye and a painful lump. Followed up on this and was given sample of Upneeq and advised arnica . Overall great and friendly staff but not the best quality of care.

Update: it’s been over 2 weeks now and the forehead bump is still present.

Being a first time customer, I was not sure what to expect. Going in I was greeted by Nancy and other ladies in the spa. The Spa is beautiful, welcoming and very clean. I was introduced to Lorrie, who help me pin point out what I was looking for in treatments. We talked, discussed products, treatments and she began. She has the most gentle touch, excellent in her craft! She helped me through any anxiety I was feeling. I will definitely return for future treatments. I highly recommend this Spa.

I had a 60 min Swedish massage here. Clean, convenient and with an extremely professional staff this spa will quickly become a staple in the area. The massage therapist demonstrated the jade stones which were great and I’d be willing to try for my next massage. They truly are interested in your happiness as a customer and it shows. The facility is brand new and very comfortable. The value of the services is very good too compared to other spas in the area. I am considering one of their monthly plans. I’ll be going back for regular massages.
