First time here. I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and ombré effect. They made it happen! Andy did a great job.
Didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that did my pedicure but it was one of the best I’ve had in a while. Place was nice inside. I’lll be a returning customer!

I always find myself coming back to this salon because its much more convenient then traveling to dothan for a manicure, but honestly I don't think its worth it anymore. The workers are not friendly. On many occasions, by many different employees, my questions, concerns, and requests have been blatantly and rudely ignored. The technician asks if I like how they look so far, I bring up something I would like changed/fixed, and they move right along without fixing a thing. I believe many of their employees are under qualified to do many basic nail designs. Multiple times my own nail tech has had to ask another for help (which is a bit concerning imo). I will say, when I go for a very simple one color look, they can deliver. My advice to any potential customers would be to go out of the way to a better salon even though this one may be in a more convenient location, and if you do find yourself in DK nails, don't expect any design more complicated than a french tip.

I've been there twice now and haven't been impressed. The first time, I felt I was overcharged. I was charged the extra 15 for a gel polish that I didn't get. And I didn't get a color... just the acrylic for those who are curious. The second time I went, which was just a few days ago... I thought it was better... but 2 days later, my nail popped off. It's disheartening when you pay 50 bucks each time and really don't feel great about it.

Took my mother-in-law with me who has some health issues, explained to the text that she needed assistance moving around. When they got done with her pedicure, they moved her over to a manicure and when they were done with, that never told her she was done just left her sitting there didn’t even offer to help her out or take theweb between the toes off her so we can get her shoes on. Also trimmed one of my toenails too short and now it’s infected on the right side not happy will never go back.
