这是一家非常值得推荐的按摩店！环境干净整洁，装修风格让人感到非常放松，一进门就有淡淡的香氛味，整个氛围特别舒适安静。前台接待非常热情有礼，服务流程也很专业。

我选择的是全身深层按摩，技师手法非常到位，力道适中，根据我肩颈特别紧张的情况，还特别加强了重点部位的放松。按摩过程中技师会适时沟通确认舒适度，整个过程非常放松且疗效显著，结束后感觉整个人都轻松了很多。

另外，价格合理透明，没有任何隐形消费。店内提供茶水和休息区，也有淋浴设施，非常贴心。总的来说，是一次非常愉快的体验，已经推荐朋友过来体验了，以后也会成为常客！

I really enjoyed my first massage here. The second time was not as great with a different masseuse. It was fine but not exceptional like the first. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a name (wasn’t told, forgot to ask).
So I don’t know who to ask for next time. Calling the spa to help figure it out wasn’t helpful.
Was a great price for a wonderful massage the first time !
I recommend they introduce themselves to increase return business.

First and last visit. I prepaid including tip. During my massage, my masseuse briefly left the room for about 5-7 minutes. She returned and apologized. She left again because another client entered the establishment. She returned and apologized. She brought in hot stones which is not what I asked for. When my massage was over, I proceeded to leave and was offered a bottle of water. I accepted and proceeded to leave. I told her I had prepaid. She asked me to speak into her telephone. I said “I paid”. She was using a translator app. I proceeded to leave, she came out to my car with her phone. The shop owner wasn’t on site and spoke English. I spoke to the shop owner and gave her my name. She said, yes, you have paid. Thank you. It was noisy and not relaxing. Someone opened the door while she was giving me a massage and she locked the door. I will not be returning. I will find someplace else. I will say the prices are great. I paid $70 + tip for a one hour combo deep tissue/Swedish massage. That’s what not what I got as there were hot stones involved.

“That’s it” is what I was asked AFTER I left a tip because they act like their main way to increase revenue is to try to hustle the same customer out of more and more money! Unbelievable, ungrateful and unprofessional. - Now take a look at their reply and you can see what their level of professionalism is like with their saying you got a good deal, you gave five dollars and no one asked you to pay more. Really? I got a good deal because I went to a business that wouldn’t even clean the dust on their windows, and provided service that wasn’t worth the experience? That’s why I didn’t even tip at first. They start out by asking for a tip, when I gave them five dollars they said “That’s it” From their review response here below, they obviously feel completely justified in doing so. Although their unprofessional response to this review is misleading and omits this, I actually did end up giving them more in tips but the bad, just negative attitude and ungrateful behavior was the same. By the way according to one of their other review replies to someone else about this same issue, how was it that “the lady” who tries to hustle tips “was fired a long time ago” when the person replying to this review, shamelessly includes the exact amount of my initial tip offer in their reply? Especially, when at any time picture proof could be added to this review, proving the same tip asking lady still works there and that they are lying on top of everything else? They’d rather lose hundreds of dollars in business because a few dollars in tips is more important. Meanwhile the attitude and service matches the dusty windows. Not worth the time, not worth the experience, not worth the tip.

I had a really good experience the first time I went, but my visit today was not great. I booked and prepaid for an appointment online. I got there on time and was greeted by two different people, one who told me to wait five minutes, and the other told me to go into a room. I waited in the room for ten minutes. When the technician came in, she didn't seem to know who I was or what service I had come in for. After clarifying that I wanted a deep tissue massage, she began. She applied almost no pressure the full time, even when I asked for more pressure, and she left the room three or four times. It seemed like there was confusion, as each time she was talking to another person in the hallway. Including the times that she was out of the room, the massage came in at around 55 minutes (I paid for 60). There was more confusion at checkout that I had already paid online. Ultimately, I left with most of the same muscle tension that I had coming in and feeling like I didn't receive the service that I paid for.

kiki's pressure was just right. i unfortunately had a little gas and she took it very lightheartedly. great experience; i feel renewed =*)
