Got an eyebrow wax here, lady was super aggressive and kind of rude and she tried to charge me for a service I never asked for. I went in there only trying to get my eyebrows done, however she offered me a nose blackhead removal, I replied with no that’s okay maybe another day, however she still did it. Thinking it was an extra free service she did to be nice I was fine with it, however upon paying she tried charging me $30. Plus she also cut under my eyebrow after finishing up with a razor.

I asked for soak offs and the lady started cutting my acrylic nails and taking them out forcefully without any soaking I told her they were hurting and she would not stop and she ripped my real nail out. She didn’t even put anything on them just left them like that in that case I would have done it myself but I did not because I didn’t want to damage my real nail but she ended up damaging them even more.

Came in for pedicure and honestly my toes are in pain. She cut me and was so aggressive . I also don’t think they are sanitizing the tools I hope I don’t catch fungus.

Horrible place . Walked in there , all the workers seemed bad vibes. Some girl started doing my nails & she seemed pretty new , the way she was handling my hand was like she was confused herself . The nail measurement weren't right. The acrylic nail was so thin I broke it before I even left the place . Walked out . Never going there again or recommending .In between all of this I also had to wait on them a long time even though they weren't busy. And thinking this was a 4.3 star like Google said ! .

Staff is nice, always try to offer you additional services. I usually get a gel polish. Sometimes it looks good and sometimes they make the nails look like too much polish. It's a hit and miss.

My first time here came in for a pedicure with Len ended up with three cuts and she charged me $55 for my pedicure ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ my toes are in pain dont think im going back eyebrow wax is good
