After visiting this hair salon for over 16 years, I have never been so humiliated by the owner Judy. I had a family emergency and miss my appointment. I kept calling business line to rebook an appointment for my son and I. I was not getting any answers or voicemails to leave so I decided to drive down to the salon with my kids. My kids and I walk into the salon and immediately I was attacked by Judy for missing an appointment, I did send her a text explaining why I missed it, but she literally yelled at me in front of all of her clients and everybody in the salon and yelled at the top of her lungs! After 16 years I would’ve never imagined that Judy would have treating me this way. Keep in mind I go see Judy once a week for the last 16 years , this is no way to ever treat a customer and embarrass not only me but my kids. My daughter said I never wanna go back there again because now she makes me feel very uncomfortable. I do not recommend that anyone have a haircut or miss an appointment by Judy! There will be a good chance that you’ll get yelled at or she’ll embarrass you in front of everybody in the salon. She lost not only me, but my family, which includes my nephew, my sister, and her kids! We all are deciding to walk away from this long relationship we had with Judy. I am now going to The Pac and Pacifica! They did an amazing job and can’t wait to go back and begin a new relationship with Chad. Once again, I do not recommend to ever come back to this place, I’ve seen Judy being rude to many people, but this is the first and last time she’ll ever be rude to me I have taken my business elsewhere, and no customers ever be treated this way under no circumstance. Judy should be ashamed herself for the way she treated me and my family in front of all her customers.

Went to see Judy for a haircut. I.showed a picture and as usual, she goes to work on it and tells me about her clients, and she seems distraught and overwhelmed. I told her I want my hair long and to just have a trim. I was planning to go to an event the following weekend. She ends up giving me a mullet haircut and I cried so hard. I have never had an awful haircut this bad. I had to wear my hair up. Its been a month and im still livid at this haircut. As a female, we take pride in our looks and go the extra mile to look and feel better. But that wasn't the case
and my husband sees me wearing my hair up or in a hat avoiding eye contact with others. Its something I cant get over. Some say its just a haircut but females know that when we want to keep our hair a certain way and not chopped off, we mean it. Im depressed. I loath looking in the mirror. Its been a while and im still hurt.

Judy has been cutting my boys' hair since they were babies. I gave her a shot last year due to my wife's insistance and I'm happy with here performance. She personable and friendly. I recomend her and her place.

TERRIBLE.
a friend recommended this place to me so I went. I like my hair longer at the back and shorter at the front. I told her this. Instead, what is get is hair shorter than a midget everywhere EXCEPT the front! I also got TERRIBLE razor rash that goes all around my head. 0/10.
