I am in love ! This was my first time going , my pedicure was amazing ! My set was amazing! My eyebrow wax was amazing! They took off my old set from somewhere else with care no pain ! And they took their time with my services I was not rushed at all so I actually enjoyed the massage chair ! They even offer you a drink and the scenery is beautiful!

Terrible experience, lady at chair 14 today didn’t know what she was doing! Up charged me 10 more dollars then I usually pay and I had to talk my way down to the up charge! Will never be going back, my nails are crooked with bumps from where she didn’t file correctly! I showed a picture of what i wanted and told her exactly what i wanted! I changed my mind on the design because I had already been there for 2 hours! Another lady had to come over and tell her what to do because she wasn’t doing what I wanted!

When I came in, I showed a man a picture of the nails I wanted. He said that they’d be able to do it. I got a pedicure first and when I got to the table to start my nails the lady told me she couldn’t do the nails. I asked if she could do something similar and she said no. So I found a new inspo picture and showed her. She started and worked on the design for maybe 30 minutes before we decided they didn’t look good. So I then find a 3rd nail look. Which ended up just being something simple and these are my birthday nails so I was really upset because if I knew they couldn’t do the design I wanted I would’ve went somewhere else. She cut me and it is still hurting. My toes aren’t fully painted and they’re all crooked. Everyone was nice just very disappointed with my nails.

This was my first time coming here. I wanted a pedicure. I was put with the most wonderful lady, Laura! She was so kind, sweet and did an amazing job! Halfway through I asked her if she had time for a manicure. No acrylics, just gel. She said yes. A few minutes later, she told me that someone else would do my nails if that was okay with me. Apparently they would not let her do them. I told Laura never mind. I didn't want to get them done if she couldn't do them. There was also a few woman who worked there that constantly gave her mean glaring looks. It was very uncomfortable. As much as I loved Laura and would love for her to continue to do my nails, I will not be going back. I won't spend my money at a business that treats their employees like this and refuses for them to do more services even at the request of the customer. I also left her a good tip and really hope she gets it.

I've been here many times before and have never had an issue until recently. The Nail tech did not listen and did the exact opposite of what I requested then proceeded to try and convince otherwise. The tech did not scrub my heels, had my feet in the water for less than 2 minutes total and the water was cold! The tech had 2 change the water at my request then agreed it was in fact cold. The gel polish was put on extra thick to a point of gathering in my mail bed. I would normally recommend this place to friends and family but after today, NEVER.

Entire staff is super friendly. The salon was so calming and absolutely CLEAN. I splurged today and chose to have my toes painted w the Cats Eye Gel polish. It's super fun! Very expensive (over priced) for polish $20!!! But-I thought I'll try it once.
I would give 4 stars because of the over price BUT, everything else really out does that one detail. If you are looking for a place to be treated kindly, and not be made to feel bad because you "like what you like"- THAN this is your place! I will absolutely return. Also- the clientele looked happy. Have you ever stopped to look at the people getting services? Usually they look awkward, unhappy, uncomfortable or something...but there people were calm, smiles, enjoying small talk w their person. Lovely salon.

Lily's the best! I'm not really a "pedicure guy," but my girlfriend convinced me to try it out. Lily made me feel super comfortable, and she did a great job. I'm actually pretty happy with how my feet turned out. I'd definitely recommend her to any guy who's thinking about getting a pedicure. She's the real deal!
