Taylor was the absolute best! this was my first time getting a head spa treatment and taylor made me feel so comfortable, she explained every part of the process and we discussed my individual scalp care. she showed me before and after pictures of my scalp. the results were amazing! she has thought of every detail and really goes above and beyond to provide an immaculate service. she takes her time and provides a thorough and relaxing service. it was everything and more! such a relaxing and serene experience. i definitely recommend to anyone looking to go to a head spa to come here, i can’t wait to go back!

The services at Doré are magical! The suite has a very relaxing atmosphere, Taylor has thought of everything. From the comfortable wrap and slippers, to a very warm and cozy blanket while you are in the spa chair for those of us that are always cold, to the paint colors on the walls and decor she has chosen to make your appointment as relaxing as possible. She is very thorough with her explanation of how her services work, showing you your before and after photos of your scalp. She makes sure that you are completely comfortable on the spa chair since you will be laying in it for the majority of your appointment. The products she uses are top notch, and not only do they smell delicious, they work wonders on your scalp and hair. I guarantee you will feel pampered and relaxed after you see Taylor. How could you not? From a steam cap, rain shower rinse, scalp massage and depending on which service you book, a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage to boot! I am definitely going to make Doré a staple in my self care routine! You should too!

My daughter-in-law and I had a treatment. It was fabulous. I felt so relaxed, and my scalp felt so clean. My daughter-in-law was a little stressed that day managing the baby and the appointment. However, she came out looking like a whole new person – so relaxed and happy.Taylor is super sweet. We will be back.

an awesome treat! Blackhawk plaza has a lot of other businesses so there is plenty of parking. Her suite sits amongst a hallway of other beauty professionals, and you feel instantly relaxed when you walk in. The lighting, the fragrance, and the soft music sets you up for a relaxing experience. Taylor guided me through the whole process analyzing my hair and working through my concerns. I sometimes get alopecia spots with loss of hair, so I'm sensitive to products. She started and continued to guide me step by step on each process. Sooooo relaxing and calming. She's good about making you comfortable. By the end, I could feel a difference and could tell my scalp didn't feel so heavy and congested. A healthier scalp has helped with the hair loss. It didn't happen right away but after weeks, I noticed less hair loss and that's huge for me! Treating your scalp is a part of your wellness if you have concerns for hair loss like me. I'm truly confident in Taylor's knowledge and treatment. Definitely making this a routine visit.
